amazing! delicioso!!. i'm cuban and being from miami, was so happy to see a cubanplacepop up here in clermont. i found it tucked away in a shopping plaza and was amazed at the authenticity of the dishes. i like the twists on some of the dishes (using ground turkey instead of beef) and the creativity with others (pumpkin flan). i stopped in with my two daughters, ages 4 and 1, so we ordered our cuban and media noche sandwiches and flans to go, but i can't wait to bring my husband back to try the ropa vieja and boliche.
