one of my favourite places to eat breakfast when i'm in pretoria. they seem to have recently changed the breakfast menu and it was about time. their standard breakfast is very good and it is huge. the new monte cristo breakfast is very interesting and delicious - definitely my new favourite breakfast choice on the menu. apart from getting our eggs wrong (hard when we ordered soft) i can't really fault them. their fresh juices are delicious and the build you own juice feature gets a thumbs up - i suggest apple, mint and ginger! the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is pretty good.

ambience is so perfect and the food is good , wine and coffee goes off well here. ideal to sit down for an afternoon cocktail or two, or for an aftershow drink

love the atmosphere and decor of this tribeca. the food is good and the coffees delicious. perfect for any meal of the day but the most cosy and vibey at night. pop in here before or after watching a show at the atterbury theater.

awesome food, great coffee and killer service. go to eatery if you're looking for great ambiance. highly recommended cheese souffle, new york burger and perhaps a desert of which there is a lot to choose from :d

wanted to try something alternative as my usual breakfast meeting place is one door away. the service was a little bit below average. good did not take long to be served. had the bacon omelette. was very salty and oily. overall an average experience as wimpy would have been a better option

a great experience all round. drinks are refreshing. the pork belly is amazing. the breakfast is pretty good. their coffee is on point and their barista is well trained. it's value for money and a pleasurable experience. a place to make memories.

what a shocker, had a breakfast that was cold the first time and now arrived there after booking for mothersday they changed their policy and made it first come first serve. you lost a customer for life.

i would like to commend your waitress, nicky n. great customer service, focused on our needs, regular eye contact to check we were all right and such a generous, warm spirit! food was good: chicken salad has way too much lettuce though and the red velvet cake was stodgy and tasteless. pork belly as always divine, but the prices are really very high when compared to portion sizes and taste.

we had such a lovely lunch! i'm not vegetarian but sometimes order the vegetarian option because it sounds so good and the chefs put extra affort in to make it tasty. i was not disappointed. i ordered the aubergine and mushroom burger - it was amazing! it rivalled all burgers i have ever eaten (meat and meat free) i wish i had taken a photo but it looked so good i completely forgot. my husband had a pizza which was also great! wood fired with perfect crust and creative topping options. would seriously recommend!

i agree with the previous review.... how dare they charge a 10% service fee??? regardless of the service we experienced this afternoon (which was not up to standard!), i believe this practice introduces a certain waiter 'complacency' which leads to an even worse standard of service! why do we tolerate this? this is not done anywhere in sa and i believe this is illegal unless stated clearly on the menu, which it is not!

the waitress could not be bothered to be neat or in any hurry, the drinks order took 20 minutes and arrived wrong, the food was dry and bland and then they still had the cheek to include a 10% service charge on the bill. i believe you should work for your tip, they couldn't be bothered, wasted experience, won't make that mistake again

from starter, main dish and dessert. let me not forget about the great service from the staff.
