worst service ever!. i just had the worst dining experience of my life at this place! my son recommended it as he has eaten here before & loved the food. we were a group of 4 adults & 2 kids. we arrived about 7:30 pm & it was busy. we were told it would be a 5 minute wait. that 5 minute wait turned into 20 minutes which was fine. we were seated & forgotten. and interesting that we were sitting in the middle of theplacewith booths all around us. hard to be missed. after sitting there visiting for about 20 minutes we started to wonder what was up. ten more minutes & i we were going to ask if there was a problem but then a waiter arrived at the table. quickly took our order & disappeared. it was another 40 minutes before we got our food. so at this point we'd been in theplacean hour & a half. we received our food & i can say there were no complaints about the food itself. they have awesome home made tortillas. but get this, and it has never happened in my 40 years of eating out, a lady came & tried to take my plate as i was eating!! i kid you not, she grabbed my plate as i was taking a bite of my unfinished food & tried to take my plate. to say i was shocked would be an understatement. i was so floored i couldn't even react other than to day no, i am not finished. after this she walked away in an obvious huff & then several of the staff stood & glared at us! we were eating our dinner at a normal pace so not sure what the problem was other than maybe they wanted to close the section we were in??? theplacewas half empty so there were not people waiting to be seated & even if there were we had the right to eat our meal. we were never given an explanation & we sure did nothing wrong. they were the ones who didn't serve us until over an hour after we'd been sitting there waiting. never once did the staff smile or act like we were customers they appreciated. we spent $100.00 there & it will be the last time we ever go there.
