ok, so if you are looking forgoodny style pizza in new smryna, stop reading this and don't go here. simple as that. i went in with my family looking forgoodpizza - it just did not come through. the restaurant got a nice crowd but did not have enough space for the people. we watched the manager rearrange tables for 15 minutes, making very little sense. he made rounds to every table but shmoozed more than checking up on the customers. when our pizza came our waitress put the pizza tray down wrong and the pizza fell on the table. like... fell on the table. to make matters worse, she picked the pizza up with her hands, 4 slices. and put it on our plates. as if we were going to eat the pizza she picked up with her hands. we waited, thinking she would apologize and order a new pizza for us but we had to politely tell her that we were not going to eat the pizza she dropped and touched. very awkward. not once did the manager come to our table to see if we were ok, yet apologize. which would have been ok but he made his way to literally every other table (again, not a big restaurant). he tried to make small talk about how busy he was as we were out the door of the restaurant, which was more of an insult than anything. nothing was taken off our bill. only reason i give 1.5 rating and not 1 is that the other pizza that didn't fall/get touched by our waitress had prettygoodflavored toppings (bacon). beyond that, avoid this place. basically a 1 star. sorry to the staff, as most looked very nice and very hard working.
