love the atmosphere out on the patio.. there is noplacemore charming than the patio at toscana on a pleasant summer evening. i love it. the service is very attentive and the food is good - perhaps not the best in charlotte but certainly good. we took my mother there for her 93rd birthday and the waiters charmed her with their crown of stars, their songs, champagne and complimentary desert for the table. my husband and i have had more subdued evenings but have enjoyed delightful meals on the terrace.
