can't go wrong with tosca. tosca holds a special place in my heart. it is the best of the best. i work locally and when people ask me where to eat in the area, i immediatley thinksuffieldinstead of hartford. tosca is always my first recommendation....it has upscale dining and fabulous food no matter where you sit. the bar is casual and/or intimate.....and the restaurant is laid-back and/or talkative. chef kevin cousin is a true genius in the culinary world, allowing suffield, ct to possess a true gem.
