having been in hospo for 15 years, we appreciate the effort that is going on here and commend them for it. the service is a pleasure to experience, with an excellent winemenuthat give a hint of what was to come. the flavors and freshness of the ingredients is superb and desert was special. the management should be congratulated for putting together such a fantastic experience. this must be nelson's best kept secret as we where two of only a dozen dinners, but can't imagine it being that way for long. looking forward to our next visit.
