i tried this place mostly on a whim one night, and i ordered it to go, so i can't say much about the atmosphere, etc, but the food was not that great. it was pretty bland and forgettable, just another mediocre-at-best asian place. the sushi was slightly better than the teriyaki chicken i had, but still pretty forgettable. i've certainley had worse, but i won't go back again.

i enjoyed the bento box lunch with the hibachi chicken with vegetables. it included two sides, so i chose the gyoza and california roll.

it also came with a small salad with ginger dressing and fried rice. everything was very good; and i even had some leftovers.

reasonable prices, lots to chose from on the menu, and good service.

the place wasn't crowded and tables separated far enough to feel very comfortable in these covid times.

i'll definitely eat here again.

i come here on a fairly frequent basis and like to try the rolls but, i’m also a “creature of habit” and stick to the japanese onion soup, which is awesome, i’d buy that by the gallon if they let me. if you like spicy (and i mean spicy) i recommend the supernova roll! the “outlaw roll” has a healthy size of kick to it as well. the hand rolls are great too (i like the spicy tuna). the volcano roll is great, but a bit much for one person if you’re also ordering appetizers. another one to check out is the “butterfly roll”. it has bonita flakes that are super light and thin and the heat that comes off of the roll makes them move, looking like butterflies. it’s not particularly spicy (and if i can remember correctly, it has tempura shrimp) and it’s an off-menu item, but they’ll be happy to make it for you. they are also accommodating with adjustments (soy paper. etc).

all in all the service is very good and the wait staff is friendly and helpful (they know my face, lol)

great sushi!!! they have some great rolls with a few different twists from the norm. good stuff.

best japanese food in town. its a every week lunch meal and always good and fresh.

delicious!!. a few girlfriends and i went for lunch and were very very happy. it looked like it was gonna be similar to any other chain restaurant, and the decor, set up, etc actually was chain-y, but the menu had stuff i hadn't seen before.

we ordered the crab/cheese stuffed jalepenos, serously they were the size of a small mcdonalds cup, each one of them. and they were the best ones i've ever had. so now we know bigger really is better :)

good selection of sushi rolls, discount applied i think b/c of the time of day or maybe what day it was,either way the pricing was fine. our waitress was very helpful and friendly, not simply taking our order, delivering our food and doing the random walk-by. she was helpful!

i always make it a point to tell my server if i've never been to that particular restaurant before because i'm looking for them to tell me, or anyone new, something i may need/want to know. like the specials on monday if we're there on a monday, some guidance when choosing new sushi rolls, if i like somthing spicy what roll could you recommend, etc. she was all of this, and i so wish i remembered her name. i'll see if i can spot her when i go in next & give credit where credit is due.

great sushi!. the atmosphere was very nice other than the terrible music they were playing that had nothing to do with the feel of the restaurant. the eel was amazing and i greatly enjoyed my sushi. it is a great choice for a date night.

we visit often. love this place. we get the sushi rolls and have never been unhappy. the seaweed salad is the best in town. generous portions. highly recommend.

fun!. the presentation and service were both very good when we were there during a busy friday night. large orders of sushi come on a big boat! the sushi itself was more showy than super high-quality, but we enjoyed our dinner a lot.

great sushi, disappointing fried icecream. the sushi here was really good, but the fried icecream just didn't do it for me. they barely put any chocolate syrup on it and the outer shell was not fried enough. it wasn't hot on the outside at all which is what makes this dessert so amazing. if you do order it, definitely request extra chocolate syrup.

terrible. digusting. food is bland and plain. horrible presentation of the food. chicken had no marination. the vegetables tasted like water.

always get the.... tempura fried jalapenos. huge portion, stuffed with crab, shrimp, cream cheese, topped with spicy sauce. only $6 for 6. that's what an order of frozen jalapeno poppers costs down the road at fox and hound. can't top it.

gluten free!. helpful waiters here, who understand what a gluten free diet really means. the food here is great.
