went to tipsy alley(restaurant + bar ), the other day, it was packed on a weekend afternoon. staffs were attentive and friendly.
they serve unique items on menu! i would love to go back and try more! everything on the menu catches my eye! the prices were pretty reasonable for the portions.

the service was great. the cozy and warm ambiance of the place was incredible. an ideal place for photogenic people. :p
