theplacehas limited number of seats due to our situation. the guard is implementing the health standards like contact tracing, temp. check and alcohol.

nothing fancy, but just missed the usual iced french vanilla.

decent sittingplaceand goodplaceto chill after shopping at grand centrale. not very happy with the prices of the sandwiches but the taste is good nonetheless, especially tuscan chicken.
not a coffee fan so don't know about timmies coffee!

love coming to thisplacefor coffee and sandwiches.
the tuscan sandwich are killer.
and their world famous french vanilla cappuccino are to die for.
other than that, cold drinks and dessert items specially donuts are disappointing

as students studying in near by universities, it is an amazingplaceto come for a nice cup of coffee, where we can study peacefully as well ! the ambience is great, so it becomes much easier for us to focus on our work ! the food is worth for the price !

niceplaceto sit and relax. however the weekends are too crowded.
they not only serve great coffee but have variety of sandwiches and muffins. the grilled cheese sandwich was fine..was expecting some veggies in it but it was just plain cheese. the donut was yummy as expected. also the new passion fruit cooler was good.

the usual tim hortons at its best, but unfortunately handicapped by a very limited space in a mall that is over packed with shops. all the tim hortom goodies stays good here, but due to space constraints, the placeserves more as a restingplaceafter shopping rather than a relaxing coffee sip.

nothin like having a iced hot chocolate on a sunny afternoon, add up a wrap and its a meal, its a smallplacebut not crowded hence ideal for lunch hour when u dont wanna eat a whole meal.. and the shopping area adds up to the delight

one of the bestplacei have been to !!
situated in naeem mall , al nakheel and located on ground floor .
cappuccino was really nice !! as per my preference it was served very hot with low fat milk.

ambiance is casual , they have sofa and chairs to chit chat !

staff was wonderful - the server was really interactive and smile on face !!

easily approachable and friendly

would love to visit again and have some grilled sandwich !!

i would definitely recommend this cafe and prices are really nominal !!!

tim hortons is a favouriteplacefor many, they provide different choices of coffee and sandwiches.

recently, had a cappucino and frozen chocolate frappe with my friend. i liked it as it was served cold as i expected. cappucino was good too. their nutella filled donut was too good and choco chip cookie was okay, expected it to be crispy and hard but it was soft.

their service is quick and the staff are friendly, they helped me to choose my cold drink when i was stuck with different varieties. this outlet is less crowded compared to other places.

i had ordered the chipotle steak wrap and the latte. the wrap tasted bland . latte was fine. i might think twice about visiting thisplaceagain.

greatplaceto hangout. taste is same like any of his existing uae branch. i visit this branch whenever i go for shopping at naeem mall. occasionally i come here for some snacks after my classes. the environment is great, however, i prefer the corniche branch more because of its location. the naeem mall branch would be much better if they would have seating arrangements near the pier/beach side like galitos or the peppermill.
