if this is the tilve near mahalaxmi temple, then i must rate it more than 5. a must visit for those who are looking for simple fish food which will turn ur mouth in to waterfall.
lets start with some history. earlier days mr tilve used to help people get their catch (fish) fried in his kitchen. slowly he started his own venture and today its a famous fish eatery joint for those who know about this place.
things to try: shinane (fried oysters), fish meal, sol kodi, today's special fish fry and beer (if you want to beat goan weather). chicken is also good. dont club chicken and fish. also ask for rava fry when you order for any fish fry. ex: ask for prawns rava fry, shinane rava fry.
avoid mutton in goa, as mutton is not that great ingoa(this is my personal opinion)
