neato. my dad had been there a few times and really enjoyed himself, so we both went tonight. when you're served each dish, each of which seems to come out as soon as it's prepared, they give you a big plate full; i reckon it's enough to easily split between four people.
we got wonton soup, chicken wings, poutine, spicy boneless pork ribs (i think..? something like that) and some plain rice.
the folks across from us hadorderedwonton soup as well, after we did. when ours came out they exclaimed "is that how big it is?!"
haha.
the food was all quite nice and i'm not even that big on chinese-style food.
everything on their regular menu is 5.95 as of this writing, no matter what it is. they have another menu for special slightly more unusual and more expensive items (bbq duck is so goooood).
fine service. no pestering. few staff but friendly and well-mannered. i don't know if they have backup; i could see it getting a little hectic if it filled up, though it's a fairly small joint anyway.
give it a shot, folks. not bad at all. i will certainly be returning.
