prime rib is great comes with baked potato veggie and salad for 15.00. best part is it is all you can eat prime rib so come hungry!!!

best steak in vegas. the steakhouse is a fantastic restaurant. the food is outstanding and the service impeccable. your meal comes with a house salad or black bean soup. consider upgrading to the ceasar salad. it's the best i have ever had.

the only drawback is having to negotiate the hell hole that is circus circus. once inside the steakhouse, you'll have no idea that you are in one of the worst excuses for a hotel.

what we thought would be the best steak house ended up being worse than a texas road house. the waitress lied about the pricing of an upgrade, and it was a pretty big difference— she told us it would be a six dollar charge for mushrooms and onions but it really ended up being fifteen. the new york strip i ordered was supposed to be medium and it was clearly well. my husband’s porthouse was requested medium rare and his was clearly rare and still mooing. we didn’t have the chance to request new steaks due to the fact of the waitress not coming by to ask how things were until fifteen minutes into the dinner. after we received the check, we confronted her on the issues at hand and she simply said “ok” and took our card to make a payment. absolute worst quality in food and customer service. as a well respected steak house i would’ve thought better. i highly do not recommend this place.

thesteak house is a a diamond surrounded by ruff, literally. once you make it inside the old school atmosphere takes you away. the smell of prime beef grilling on a charcoal grill makes your mouth water instantly. but you must wait. the entrees include a fresh warm bread basket and salad. i highly recommend the blue cheese dressing, creamy and just the right amount of crumbled blue cheese. every one we met from ron, the gm to the bus boys are friendly and professional. our choice of entree this time was the filet. i had the 12 oz wifie had the 8 oz. i'm not sure why this place is not full of hockey players because you don't need teeth its so tender. all the beef is aged on site and is the most flavourful you will find anywhere. they have a good wine list we chose a davinci chianti which was nice with the filet. our waiter george made sure our glasses were full and i never had to touch the wine bottle. i like that. we always make this an event when we are here and eagerly look forward to next time.

meh.... my son and i went to the steak house a couple nights ago. my filet was cooked perfectly, the pepper sauce tasted like they made it from a packet, needless to say, it would have wrecked my steak. i loved the garlic mashed potatoes, i opted for the black bean soup expecting it had to be awesome, i was wrong. my son ordered the ribeye steak. he said the one i cooked the night before had more flavor. mike was our server, not sure if he was having an off night, but the service was mediocre at best. i've had better service at the local timber's. we can chalk this one up as an experience we'll soon forget.

this steakhouse is the best, hands down.... the cuts are outstanding, cooked to perfection, the service is top notch.... the atmosphere cannot be beat, you feel like your in the mob.... and if the mobsters were still around they would eat here.... do yourself a favor and eat at the steakhouse

top quality, old school. after research, and with trepidation, decided to try "the steakhouse".
don't be put off because it happens to be at a less trendy casino. this place is excellent.
wife had shrimp appetizer. 3 huge, perfect shrimp , enough for some entrees.
her new york strip steak was perfectly cooked, large, and delicious. maybe the best she's ever had.
my porterhouse was it's equal. had a tom collins , before dinner, the best in my memory!
served with your choice of cheese or peppercorn sauce, this was a splendidly served, first class meal!
i'm sorry to have wasted money at places like "morton's, and flemings in the past.

do yourself a favor, go old school and try this place.

gordy and lois. we have been to the steakhouse at circus circus over 18 times the service is always excellent and the maitre d ron is the best-- go for the ribeye or the double lamb chops you will never be disappointed i also recommend felix he is always our waiter-- i cannot say enough good things about this restaurant!!!!!!!

before our recent lv getaway my wife researched lv restaurants and discovered that this place was rated in the top 10 of lv restaurants. we ate there this last week and know why. the atmosphere is old school with dark wood paneling, red leather booths, etc. the service was impeccable. most waiters have been there over 20 years and they know how to take care of their customers. the steaks and sides are delicious! put aside any perceptions you might have about circus circus and go to this great lv icon of a restaurant.

excellent service and value! the intensely flavored 24 oz rib eye is aged 21 days and comes with a fresh roll assortment, fresh salad with homemade dressing, and your choice of potato. hearty portions of the best steak i have ever had the pleasure to eat make this a gem. circus circus is not my favorite place to visit, but it is well worth enduring the chaotic and run down ambience to sample this restaurants offerings. they even gave us their best table and a complimentary slice of cheesecake as we were celebrating. the cheesecake was on the high end of mediocre as it was too sweet, but the bleu cheese dressing was memorable, and they piled on just enough extra cheese to make my salad a welcomed treat. the lobster was fair, so i would suggest sticking to the beef. i highly recommend this steakhouse. there is no wonder as to why it has such a grand reputation. the service was superb and the steak may have ruined all of my future steak experiences!

oasis in the desert. i had a reservation at the cc steakhouse. the service, ambiance, and food were all perfect. main course included bread and salad as a starter, and the main course included asparagus and choice of potato. i had the prime dry-aged porterhouse steak cooked on an open mesquite-fueled grill. it was only $49. felix my waiter and the supporting staff were all perfectly attentive (i'd rate it overall 98% out of 100%).

recommended by the concierge at hotel we were staying. at first wasn't too sure about going to circius circus, but after dining at the steakhouse, wow! impeccable service, great food, and great ambiance.
the steak i had, new york strip, was cooked just the way i like it and how i ordered it. i'm not an asparagus eater, but the grilled asparagus was delicious. overall, i couldn't be any more satisfied with my dining experience at the steakhouse.

disappointed. after reading many good reviews, we decided to bypass many other steakhouses with very good reviews and visit this one. after walking through the casino, and feeling like we were in the casino from vegas vacation we found the steakhouse. we ordered the filet and porterhouse, and a bottle of wine. the service was very good, and felix was top! we received salads and soups as our starters, and the soup was bland, and over cheesed. the salads were ok. upon immediately finishing our starters, without a break, we received our steaks. they were cooked perfectly, but lacked any taste and seasoning, and found them to be stringy. the carrots were terrible, just boiled and placed on our plates. the fries our way, supposedly cooked in duck fat, tasted like a frozen french fry, and its clear this place is riding it's reputation. the wine list is lacking any high end wines, and the temperature is incorrect as they serve the red wine extremely warm.
the desserts were very good, as was the coffee.
with all the amazing restaurants in las vegas, it was very disappointing that we wasted our time and money since our time was limited for the trip.
