the place is a shit hole and they just know how to waste peopletimeand mr.ajit and his team didn’t have an audacity as well to say sorry and asked me to wait for 50 minutes for just one daal and naan.

good food and drinks. had goodtimethe last threetimewe went.
also the live music and the singer is too good

the service was slower thantimedilation around a black hole. they need more staff for weekends.
we ordered beer & some food, and managed to get only water in about 30 mins, sadly we had to leave. oh yes and they mentioned beer is coming from 'down somewhere', i guess there was some hidden 'reservoir'.

had a wonderfultimeand we had some brilliant food. bijoy, had been of great service while we were here, be it for the food or the drinks. cheers! 😁😁

very nice place, it's live music was awesome. we went on friday night but and it was full crowded but still they do not take muchtimeto serve the food.
all staffs are very cooperative, and the food also taste good.

cleanliness was not much maintained. service not up to standard. firstly took a lot oftimeto take order. cocktails were not cold and when asked for ice that took another half an hour.

absolutely useless service. we waited for more than 50 minutes for the starters. and finally had to just leave.
the staff was least bothered to even find out why it was taking so muchtimefor the order.

besttimewhen you need a much needed break, dinesh made the experience even better with his warmth. a must go-to place.

the ambience is fabulous. the beer is alright. what made our experience better was this wonder young chap from west bengal who went above and beyond. kept us waiting for a minimal amount oftimeand always made the absolute right suggestions. his well trainmed manor was mor than welcoming. thank you raj for making this yet another wonderful occasion for us. im really glad you brought out a bowl of food for little izzy. she was certainly happy about that. keep doing what you do raj. you’re the guy.

a friend and i went on a sunday evening for dinner and drinks. we chose the rooftop, it was very visually pleasing with the lights and similar aesthetic.

food was good, booze was good.

however, the service was quite horrible. we had to literally ask for some water glasses (twice) and the tissue paper stand as it wasn't already placed on the table. we had to work real hard to get the attention of the staff over there so that they could take our orders.

as someone who has worked in the service industry, i understand the importance of good service. we had a greattimetalking,eating and drinking but then the thing i remember more is the bad service that was dealt to us.

average food.. very bad service.. this was the firsttimeever when i refused to pay service charge.

the starters were average in taste. main course gravies were good but the breads were cold by thetimethey were served. by thistimedidn't even have patience to ask for hot breads.

we had to remind them 2-3 times for every thing we wanted:

1. straw for our young son to drink his juice
2. extra mayo dip for the fries (please say no or charge but don't leave people hanging)
3. water
4. we specifically asked cold drink to be served with main course but it came immediately after order. good came 20 mins later. we refused to accept at this point. once the food was served, we asked for cold drinks and it took 10 mins to serve by whichtimefood was over :)
5. small bowl to serve dal. 2 people finished food by this yome
6. bill came right on time

no one even bothered to come and apologise for the bad service.

i can give a benefit of doubt for food. their drinks menu looked good and had an intention to try it out sometime.

don't recommend to anyone.
