the place has good ambience undoubtedly and theservicestaff seems to be too busy. the food quality has improved but i still feel they can do better with food and service.

went for a family dinner with parents.servicewas terrible. didn’t have plates and cutlery on table despite asking for them 4 times. table was dirty. food was very average. had to go to the waiter and order repeatedly. told mr. ankit personally that it’s someone’s birthday on the table, and they should give us decent service. i still had to go and place orders myself. took a lot of time to get main course. handed us the bill when main course was served, before we could eat. since they wanted to close. very bad experience.

starting from the ambience the upper roof is the main highlight of the resturant . i personally ordered pizza and veg lasagne which were the standouts and even the drinks( cold coffee and salted caramel kit kat shake) were top notch. i personally liked the food at the fullest. apart from the food and the ambience theservicefrom the staff (deepak captain) has been outstanding. the friendly nature had made the experience more joyful. i would recommend you to visit once to this amazing place.

i booked my table for my karvachauth dinner yesterday. the booking was done by the manager of the reef manish.he was very courteous in taking the booking and very helpfull in doing the decoration of the table which i booked for me and for my fiance. the decoration was beautiful table covered with roses petals and candles....me and my fiance loved it. the top sitting place and it's ambience is nice and cozy. the staff is polite andserviceis quick....thank you so much manish for making last night a wonderful and a memorable dinner date with my love... 😇
