worst ever experience,the prices were high but the quality of food was literally garbage,the chicken was half cooked and i am guessing that's because it was kept frozen to preserve from a long time,the veggies were stale,pizza was the only thing that was barely close to be called edible.worst experience ever.

starting with the food, veg coral platter was ok but the char grilled veg sandwich was too yummy and cigar roll were also tasty. portion was apt for four and preparation was good. mocktails were just ok. but the thing that pinched was their hospitality. the reef needs to work a lot on their staff and they must be a bit courteous in their dealing.

the reef is a cool place to hangout. the ambience is great and the rooftop is a great plus. the staff was courteous and fod was delicious too. we had ordered chilli garlic veg noodles, pasta, rotis, naan, dal makhni and paneer gravy. the quantity is good enough for 3 people. all in all a good experience.

came to know through friends.. enjoyed the meeting their. pizzas were my favourite apart from this sizzlers were delicious too.

reached here at 7 on a saturday eve. they denied my zomato gold that it doesn't apply on weekends. if so then update on the app atleast. the gatekeeper or whatever told us that the upstairs area is having a private party. we went out then and came back in 5 minutes, bu then another waiter took his place and permitted us to go upstairs. wth? we ordered a pizza ,after 10 minutes the old waiter comes to us that the whole area is reserved and asked us to leave angrily when all i could see was random strangers coming and going with atleast half the area being empty. they kept looking at us desperately to leave soon just coz we were only 2 people and they didn't see us as good revenue. shittiest experience possible, uncooperative and lying employees. don't visit it.

i loved the ambience and the food of this place. hot chocolate sizzling brownie tops everything in the menu. white sauce pasta, crispy lotus stem, tandoori pizza, hakka noodles and brownie, these were just amazing. lasagna was okayish. what i didn't like about them is despite having 2 gold members on the table they served us the dishes having minimum price as complimentary, whereas according to zomato we were supposed to get the second most expensive dish complimentary.

ordered a veg thai curry and grilled fish. good quantity though the quality and taste of food needs a lot of improvement. can't say i would like to go here again though.
