very bad experience. it was mybirthdayand the cake just ruined the whole thing. everything was broken.

i order abirthdaycake for my mother and this is what i get? ridiculous!

i have clearly mentioned in the order that i need a written message in the cake saying happybirthdayand also made a call to muffin house asking about the same. i received the cake without any happybirthdaymessage written on it. it was abirthdaygift for my sister and you guys didn't satisfy the requirements.

the cake which i have order is not there...they called me and asked me to select another cake after zomato person went to pick the order..since i don't have another option i have selected another flavour but am not sure that's the one i received...and i have added the instruction to add thebirthdaymessage on the cake which is not in the cake... never seen abirthdaycake withoutbirthdaymessage...never expected such a worst and worst experience from muffin house...am not interested in giving even one star since there is no option for that i have given one star...
