you can’t beat the quality of food. it’s a bit pricey for dinner, so have a special occasion in mind and splurge. from the birthday card from the staff, to the appetizer, our entree to desert, everything was fantastic.

amazing food, service, and atmosphere. the lemon grits were simply amazing! steak cooked and seasoned perfectly. would go back again and again even with our large party of 14.

we popped in for a sunday night feast and we were not disappointed. our first course was a pork flatbread and second was an amazing french onion soup. our main course was the crab cakes that were loaded with crab and very little filler. excellent meal. the highlight for me was my drink: "lime in the coconut!"

again during travels stumbled upon an establishment found by my partner. decided to go out of my comfort zone and get something i saw on food network. fried chickem and waffles... unreal !! the flavors just work perfectly together. by the time you're done you finally figured out what flavor is what. desert. .. again decided to go big.. elvis sundae !!! ridiculously good... meaning...i thought the dinner was good. desert..off the hook !! atmosphere 4..bartender john got everything correct and was genuinely nice.

very clean farm to table. great atmosphere. good food. unique location next to active railroad. outdoor patio seating available. salmon salad very fresh.

my new favorite place to eat in hershey!! the restaurant itself is gorgeous both inside and out, and the trains constantly passing by while you eat is extremely cool. the food is on another level. we were there for brunch this morning, and i'm still raving about it. try the doughnut sandwich, you won't be disappointed!

each time we had lunch at the mill the food was delicious, as we try to pick something new each time.

delicious, fresh, and creative food! the menu has something for everyone and options in every price range. i knew we were in for something special as soon as we sat down and were brought a pitcher of cucumber water. i ordered the blackberry mojito as well, which was perfectly sweet and refreshing. we were then brought a basket of homemade biscuits, which were warm, buttery, and delicious. for dinner, i had the pulled barbecue chicken sandwich on a brioche roll. it was flavorful and juicy, perfectly seasoned, and came with delicious fries. my boyfriend had the fried chicken and waffle sandwich, which was delicious as well. between the biscuits and the sandwiches, we were so full that we didn't have room for dessert, though the options were tempting. i would definitely recommend this place for a fresh, hearty meal in a unique modern atmosphere.

poor service. went for late lunch. wasn't busy
got seated right away. waitress took took our drink order and after some time brought them. we were ready to order but she set our drinks down and walked away. we waited about 15 more minutes for her to return for our order. when our hamburgers and mill fries arrived the burgers weren't cooked as ordered and they were greasy. the fries were overcooked. hard on the outside and dried up on the inside. i asked for a side of mayo and our waitress never returned. i had to stop another waiter and ask for it. he got it to us within minutes. not sure if would go back. perhaps a salad would have been a wiser choice at this restaurant .

excellent choice. i cannot say enough how much we loved the mill. i find that many restaurants in the area serve the same type of food, rarely do any surprise me with their taste and innovation. however, the mill was a great find and i am so glad they are open near us! we started with the mussels and they were absolutely fantastic. my favorite mussels dish is from la jolla and this one compares to that one. the scallops were amazing. my only suggestion is that the mushrooms be added at the last second (it was one of my sides) as they were a bit cold. otherwise, so very good. the salad was also fantastic (apple, frisee, cheese, and a yummy carrot vinaigrette) as was the chocolate bar dessert. highly recommend!

disappointed. there were 8 in our party, 7 of us received our meals. unfortunately the 8th didn't get hers and ended up with takeout. no offer to comp the meal, dessert or drinks. not even a visit from a manager.

a+ food, a service. we went there on a saturday afternoon after the lunch rush but before the dinner rush. the food was excellent. my companion had the mill burger. it was cooked perfectly (well done) as requested. she indicated that it was the best burger she'd had in a decade. i had the turkey sandwich which was also very good. the hostesses and the wait staff were all upbeat and helpful. we didn't have to wait but that's probably because of the time of the day that we went.

the interior was just gorgeous. it definitely has the most character of any restaurant in hershey. the prices weren't cheap but i found them to be quite reasonable. we didn't drink any alcohol and our total bill came to about $35 which is comparable to what we spend at most descent restaurants. i strongly recommend!

only been open for 3 wks, so if i were local i might give them another shot. bldg is awesome. 3 fl of a refurb mill house. cool setting. hostess was great showing me around. i sat at upstairs bar
and waited to be acknowledged. had to finally stop a waitress to ask for a menu. lots of staff milling around, but not much attention to the service piece....ordered calamari. pretty good. a bit over cooked. also ordered mozz app. it took about 20 min and came out as if someone had thrown it on the plate in a rush--very messy looking. had 2 small chunks of heirloom tomatoes and the rest looked like grape tomatoes sliced in half. mozz had very little flavor. 2 app took an hr and $20.
