fresh & healthy. unique, saloon style restaurant. menu has free range chickens, tofu sandwiches, massive egg white omelets, salmon, great blueberry beer, portobello mushrooms, homemade soups. menu items are typically $10 and under. try the detroit coffee. healthy food portions. large selection of hot sauces. friendly staff. parking on the street and in the lot adjacent to restaurant. open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

this was a favorite spot if mine. i went today and the quality was just horrible. we asked if they got a new owner and she said that it was a new chef. no kidding. horrible waste of time and money and we had been going there for years. the veggie burger was a boca burger from publix on a nasty white roll. the saffron rice was like cheap rice out of a box. there was nothing good, creative, nutritious, tasty or appealing about this meal. will never go back.

the food was delish. interesting to see such a varied menu for both carnivores and herbivores together. had the impression from the website photos that the place was much larger than it really was. i kept looking around for the rest of it. my only disappointment was the slow serving time. the waitress was friendly and gave great suggestions but we had at least a half hour delay between arrival of appetizer and another half hour for the entree and we were the only people there (4 of us) besides one other couple. hate to see the place on a busy saturday night. all in all though, the food's really good and i'll probably go back. i prefer small, home run places over the big chains any day.

the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very laid back, they have horses everywhere and they even have western movies playing on the tvs. if you ever wanted to meet a real life cowboy or cowgirl, you may find them here having a drink at the bar. the food is fresh, they're open late, they deliver and it’s fun. what more could you ask for?

this place was recommended by a friend who is a regular. now, after trying it out for myself, i'm happy to say this: kb my man, (that's the owner) you've got the formula, and i'm hooked! let's get right to the good stuff

very, very good!. the food here is so fresh and flavorful! the burritos and flautas are excellent and there are so many add-ons to choose from. very good soups, too. and for dessert, get the caramel cheesecake, it's awesome! :-)

love this place or not!. we've been returning to this 'joint' for about five years (think it's only been operating for six years). this is not my favorite neighborhood for late night dining in miami.....especially considering the trendy wynwood and design district is only a few blocks away (and loaded with 'big name' places).

however, lost & found has a certain je ne sais quoi ne: je ne se qua about it that defies description.

only wine and beer (aacceptable selection) and a fairly extensive menu (especially considering the tiny kitchen).

k.b. the owner operator of lost & found, is a pleasant enough fellow, very approachable and very much 'hands-on' in all aspects of the enterprise. k.b. openly admits lost & found is his 'passion' and may be not for everyone's taste.....he takes full responsibility for creation of each of the menu items!

well, lost & found has developed a steady stream of 'regulars' over the years and continues to attract new devotees.

the menu is truely 'all over the place' with a huge assortment of vegetarians options and a basic supply of items for meat eaters as well.

as vegetarians, we tend to go with the posse taco, vegetarian chipotle black bean burger, pinon & pepita crusted tofu and somtimes just arrive early in the day for their breakfast offerings.

maybe you should give this place a try.....love it or not, at least try it. we might see you there.

for whatever the reasons, we continue coming back and have enjoyable experiences time after time!

the lost and found saloon is a wonderful hole in the wall in the art district favored by several miami hipsters and art district regulars. this small restaurant offers great southwestern/tex-mex food and it’s usually buzzing during the monthly wynwood art walk and busting at the seams during art basel. i’ve been going to the lost & found for about 5 years now and am a huge fan. i’ve introduced several friends to this place and have in turn made them fans; i’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to find a single thing i don’t like. this place is as small as they come, with a seating space inside the restaurant of about 40 people (that’s including the bar). the dã©cor is true to the food they serve with a giant cow hide hanging on the wall (someone call peta), metal cacti over the bar and cowboy flare throughout the space. it should also be mentioned that this place does not have a full bar. it does, however, offer a nice mix of various b

meh..... the atmosphere was neat although a sense of concept was missed in the efforts to bring variety to the menu. we had the quesadillas to start with and they were excellent! probably the best i've tasted. and it ends there....

i have never in my life been so excited to eat and been thoroughly disappointed. i had the chile mahi mahi and description exudes flavor but comes up short. my boyfriend had the grilled marinated eggplant and without that special cheese, it wouldn't have been worth eating. the food wasn't bad enough to send back, but it sure wasn't an enjoyment.

i'd go back and try the veggie burgers but not anytime soon.

i wish i liked it.... i like the concept, a place that a vegetarian as well as a carnivore can go to enjoy a good meal. my problem was that i could not find anything that was appetizing on the menu. and the prices are ridiculous. $7 for a cup of soup? the tacos are $4.95 but wait, add a dollar if you what something in it beyond lettuce, tomatoes, beans and rice. not to mention that you have to order a "full dinner" to be able to order beer or wine. why call yourself a saloon if there are so many catches?
