the living room

i ordered a cold coffee and almost an hour later i called the waiter to check, he said it’s a busy restaurant and not the right time for us to serve cold coffee. what he suggested instead was to go for mock tails or cocktails. is this how the non-drinkers would be treated?
i was terribly disappointed, and wouldn’t suggest this place to the people expecting good hospitality. denying customer a basic cold coffee isn’t something that’s acceptable!!

we were 4 people, booked a table in advance, so chill in that aspect. we got the rooftop. they also have a regular setting which was full..

overall the food was very tasty. if a negative is to be mentioned, the crespelle was a bit too oily which was not pleasant to eat. rest all dishes were mouth-watering and yummy.

the service is to be commended. there are many staff to assist. happy to see that..

if you are looking for a new good spot, try this place.. you won't regret it.

the living room aces in all 3 - food, service and ambience.

1. food - our favorites were the mushroom gravies and parrotta. compliments to the kitchen staff.

2. special mention for top notch service by the staff.

3. chilled out vibe. perfect for hanging out with friends or go on a date.

i’m so surprised that this place has only gotten a 3.7 rating.

finally a place to chill in anna nagar. the rooftop is just the best.

food was amazing, the place looked good. the price was worth it. the terrace had a really cool vibe. a must try.

have been noticing this place for a while and finally made it!

we ordered:

malabar coin canopy kozhi roast (inr 320) - this dish was the most favourite of everything we ordered. the chicken was minced well and served hot on coin sized parottas. the correct amount of coconut oil was added to the dish which enhanced the flavour.

romesco sauce mushroom tikka (inr 320) - this dish is tandoori grilled mushrooms filed with nuts. compared to the other dishes we ordered, the flavour of this dish did not sit well with us.

barbeque chicken pizza (inr 450) - with thin crust, gracious amount of cheese, right amount of vegetables and chicken. every bite was enjoyed throughly.

the ambience of this place was cosy and comfortable.
the service people were also very attentive and respectful.

one of the few restro-bars in the city that serve good food and have a really good ambience during day time!

tried their spaghetti pasta in agli-olio sauce, & boy i'm in love! i love how the perfectly cooked spaghetti blended so well with the garlic & herbs!🤤

also had their dal makhani, and it was mouth-watering! tasted very similar to home made one so on days you're lazy to cook, you know where to head to or order from!😉

the ambiance is really great because it’s just not limited to indoor seating, it’s extended to rooftop and the food is really great too, but it’s quite expensive, definitely a must visit though, to just get yourself out in a chill atmosphere.

sunday brunch is totally worth every penny. mr. vignesh catered to our every need and even customised dishes for us. special mention to mr. kamalakannan, the chef who managed prepare every dish to perfection.

this place has an amazing ambience and has a really cozy setup,the views are amazing.the food is really good and amazing as well.the service was quite fast and the staff were friendly. they have an excellent choice of menu for people who prefer south indian as well.

outstanding food - this place gives all the five star restaurants a run fir their money.

loved loved loved the food. the chicken coin poratta starter was my favorite! the ambience is beautiful but you'll could work on better music. the lava cake and cheesecake was amazing. green chilli mutton was yum and the nachos were good too. the aglio olio was average, the garlic could have been cooked more . i would suggest making a garlic chilli oil in advance, letting it infuse and then making the dish with that. overall will definitely go back!!!

one of the best bars in chennai with kickass menu and the most delicious food. we ordered nachos, olive cheese panner tikka and panner butter masala and nan. man oh man. it was delicious af. it’s a clear 5 stars place. i can’t believe they have negative reviews here.
