pathetic and rude service from the staff. they don’t identify genuine guests, who are regulars and still don’t provide good customer experience: people come all the way from other cities recommending the place, but they don’t even politely respond to the customers request. i visited with my friend and quite regular to the place, but denied entry by the staff sridhar. lost the credibility and hopes.
