this is a delivery review..deepak and yash were polite but zomato had messed it up the first time..suddenly they went and cancelled and refunded my amt.. it was for chicken hakka..noodles..but again i placed for chkn fried rice..rice was sticky..idk why..the packing is always great and delivery boy very fast..tnx..

we went to lcr gymkhana. its in lane 9f indsearch on law college road. best surprise to start with was vallet service. we started with starters, pahadi chicken was lovely with egg foam, honey chilly potato's were super drenched in the oriental sauce. paneer tikka was spicy but good. pop corn chicken was average, best starter was spinach croquet and the soups manchow and mushroom were equally nice. in mains we got tawa sabji which was good, the best was 9 gems malai kofta and dal makhani along with butter garlic naan. we tried tiramisu in deserts and ukdicha modak (complimentary for maharashtra day) amazing place. coming again for sure...

we had ordered chicken and mushroom omelette and egg benedict with bacon. the taste, service, and ambience was too good. overall the vibe here is amazing.
but the one thing which i didn't like about the place was they charged 7.5% service charge. they even charged service charge for a bottle of water which is not acceptable.
other than this, the place is excellent.

visited lcr for lunch on the weekend.
loved the place with its spacious interior and classy and chic ambience. the place has huge doors,checkered floors and wooden interiors. the place is divided in two segments: ball room and permit room.

the menu is quite extensive and has a great variety of multi cuisine options. also great options for breakfast also.

we had some great food and drinks. everything we tried in food was delicious and cocktails were refreshing.

the service was also good with friendly staff. the owners are also very kind and energetic.

mgr is courteous but he should know what it means to have edges cut off..the bread..otherwise no complaints..i will be ordering again..maybe next month or so

the menu includes right from breakfast-allday dining- indian-continental-oriental & ofcourse desserts.. don't miss the refreshing beverages too..

*curried chicken lettuce cups with salsa
*peri peri spiced chicken tenders
*garlic bun with cheese-in the pic it seems soft pull apart bun but in actual it is crisp toasted bun
*chilli garlic marinated grill chicken breast with roasted vegetables, mash & gravy
*chicken steak with creamy mushroom sauce
*dum chicken biryani- do not miss this..highly recommended

lcr gymkhana is one of the hidden gems of pune for me that has just emerged. it’s a very new place and also now a very favourite place of mine. it has thing to its retro ambience which really looks so cool. it has adopted an old tradition of how clubs used to be where people used to actually hangout and have a normal talkaround. firstly we had some cocktails and starters and they were just true to the taste. not too much fancy garnishings but what really truly matter, taste exactly how the drink should be. then comes the main course, this needs separate column for appreciation. the dishes were so authentic to the taste that i dont really have words to explain. we had paneer lababdar, chicken lababdar and one of the best there is dal makhni, i dont even remember when i had such good main course in a while. i’m truly a fan of this place and i would extremely urge you to give it a try.

the lcr gymkhana brings back the old school charm of the colonial clubs back in the day. the layout is divided into two areas, a ball room and a permit room. the former exudes a grand vibe while the latter is a small cozy place buzzing with music and is an ideal place to wind off. the menu offers gymkhana favourites such as eggs kejriwal, bun maska and so on coupled with indian and continental classics. the bar menu has a selection of exciting cocktails & mocktails to be paired with the delectable appetizers. a fairly reasonably priced menu coupled with top notch food and some nostalgic vibes, lcr gymkhana is the place to be.

lcr gymkhana has always been listed amongst my favourite places in pune to binge onto some great food. tried the following dishes and relished every bit of it.
starters-
✅punjabi murg tikka- succulent pieces of chicken marinated and grilled to perfection. if you like your tikka spicy, you definitely should opt for this one.
✅pahadi murgh tikka- medium spiced chicken tikka had a lip-smacking flavour. surely a must try.
✅murgh malai tikka- this truly was the best amongst all. white grilled chicken pieces which irresistibly yum, you just can’t afford to miss out on this one.

maincourse:
✅ kashmiri mutton rogan josh- juicy mutton pieces placed in richly flavoured thick gravy had an appetising aroma. tastes best with roomali rotis. highly recommended.

✅dum chicken biryani- just likethe name suggests both the presentation and the taste of the biryani surely justifies it to be their speciality. the rich aroma and its exquisite taste kept me drooling. solely recommending this one.

desserts:
✅ tiramisu - truly one of the best i’ve eaten in a while and it’s their best-selling too.

overall, we had a great dining experience at lcr gymkhana. the service is great and quick. both the quantity and quality of the food served here is commendable. can’t wait to go back and try their house steaks which they have introduced recently in their menu. perfect place to dine in over a hearty meal with family and friends.

lcr gymkhana located on law college road, pune is one of the most stylish and classic food places in pune. it gets is name from the famous law college road itself, where they aim to bring back the old club days, the spirit of casual socializing alongside good food, great times and a nostalgic vibe to highlight the rich history of pune!

this is new place on law college road, food is below average (we ordered soup, pizza, chicken steak, dry manchurian) every dish was salty which i mentioned to staff but nothing happened even they ordered extra dish spaghetti meatballs which i didn't asked for.
finally paid the bill and i really dont want to visit this place, there are lot places which serve good food.
portion size is just ok but this place is not vale for money.

honestly, i have visited this place more times than i can count. and i absolutely love it here. feels like home. the prices are so pocket friendly , food is amazing. you order anything and you will love it. go from indian to continental to oriental. the staff and service is very helpful and kind. and one thing i had not noticed for a long time in any restaurant was sanitary pads in the ladies washroom. yes , they have this too. ladies no need to worry about that anymore when you are heree. cheers to the people who opened this place. we feel like home here.

visited this place with a large group and everything we ordered came in generous portions and most of the dishes were super delicious! we ordered both veg and non-veg food, and our favourites include the peri peri chicken, chicken caesar salad, creamy mushroom soup, brownie shake, honey chilli potato, and the pahadi chicken. the ac was on full blast though and we kinda froze after a while. would have preferred a less colder temperature, but otherwise, a shotout to the rather prompt staff for theirngreat service! would love to visit again, especially because of the reasonable prices for the scrumptious food on offer.

this is a nice place on law college road with pleasant atmosphere.
food was good but service was too slow
we tried nalli nihari and rogan gosh. mutton was cooked well and was tender. the starters seekh kabab chilli chicken and honey potatoes were tasty but quantity was less. continental stuff was better and was served quickly.
overall ambience is pleasing for outing with friends or family.

i'd say law college road is finally blessed with a place to be !
the lcr gymkhana with its beautiful ambience , typical gy mkhana club like vibes and delicious food is definitely hitting the spot.
we started with the very well known whiskey sour and old fashioned amongst the various cocktails and some scrumptious masala cheeseling bhel and were definitely now disappointed.
then we moved on to the typical baba wada thats served in the gymkhana clubs. we also tasted the droolworthy garlic bun which cheese and highly recommend the same.
one can also try their spinach corn croquettes which are equally good.
moving on to mains the lcr special pizza if a must have!
i have never eaten a veg pizza thats sooooo goood!
i also had the prawns and parmesan pesto sauce steak from the 'make your own steak' section and found it to be decent.
the indian mains were absolutely fantastic wherein we tried the 9 gems malai kofta , lasson palak and dal makhni with assorted rotis.
when it came to desserts , their mindblowing tiramisu won my heart but i'd also like to make a special mention of their decadent chocolate mousse .
you are not supposed to miss this place! ;)
