the joint bar & cafe

this is a unique restaurant that will refuse to serve you water and would insist you buy their expensive bottled water.
the waiter will hassle you to change tables at a whim and insist you move to a table of their choice.
would never recommend anyone to visit this place.

nice sit out but terrible food i ordered a hazelnut coffee that even after sending it back to the kitchen came out extremely sweet. food was stale and average in taste.

specifically mr.soumya is so kind and friendly... enjoyed the day .. do visit for its neat and perfection...

masala tea is a must have .never have any cocktails here.avisala paneer fry is good.staff behaviour is reckless and irresponsible.kind of pricey.but ambience and place is great on a rainy day .

from the quaint setting, to the bob marley mural, the food, the service, i loved it all. the super helpful staff and dilip in particular who made sure that even while we were changing tables, we didn't have to care much at all. i'll have to add another sentence or so for the music! if you're looking for good music that's not obnoxiously loud, music that serves as the best background score for all your animated and profound conversations, the joint is the joint for you! think no further, go this weekend. #thisisnotapaidpromotion. 😅

good service....all the service was nice ....the servers were very friendly sukanta was really sweet

though the ambiance is good the food & service isn't! i was there yesterday with a friend and the nachos we had started a tsunami in your stomach. both of us had sever food poisoning after we reached our respective homes, so avoid the nacho's and check if the vegetables used are good or stale. they add so much cheese its hard to come by if anything is stale in the food served.

the desserts are especially horrendous. horrendous is actually an understatement. my friend ordered a tiramisu and it was spoiled after she took a bite, but they billed her full for it, and did you bother about it, even after bringing it to their notice, so my advice to people is avoid to pay for your desserts until you actually taste them at the joint. avoid the place if you can, pathetic food.

these guys have knack to serve bad food and bill you first. thank god the food poisoning did not land me in the hospital but, my friends wasn't as lucky as me, having said that this is the last thing you want is have a weak immune with bad food being served to you times like this, during the pandemic eating in such places can cost you more than ever.

the place is good for having a few drinks with friends but, definitely avoid eating here and recommend people to give this place a miss, and opt for other places. if you here for a few drink then its fine but, after my friends and my experience i would really recommend this place even to my enemies.

the price of the food and the quantity of the food are just opposite meaning prices are high and quantity of food is very less. they were not like this before, this was very disappointing for me to spend so much in the joint and come back hungry at home.

excellent service by all staff members specially prabath, they were all very accommodative with our requests. the food tasted very good and suggestions on food by staff were right on spot with our palate.

this is a family favourite.
brought in the wife’s birthday over the last weekend as a surprise. gathering was about 25 strong. we were given a nice space and dedicated staff.
as it was a mix of adults and children, ordered a large number of snacks and starters across cuisines. all equally well made and served hot.
the selection of alcohol was wide and well appreciated, the mojitos especially.
other favourites of my wife, the bun maska and cheese maggi, were ordered aplenty and enjoyed. chai was unfortunately not on the menu that evening.
ordered all varieties of chaat and non veg from the vivaha bhojanambu counters and finished off main course from 10d. ended well past midnight. the staff was extremely courteous providing impeccable service.
my fault in forgetting their names as this was on the 12th evening.
a thoroughly enjoyable experience as always.

the manager is rude with guest.
no coordination between the internal team made me shift after i was made settled down at a place.spoiled the mood completely and the manager dint even care about the whole thing....
atleaste the lady from the staff was polite enough to apologize
had to stay there just because i was with family.

the food was quick, tasty, varieties, amazing desserts, staff was good, great place, comfortable, amazing ambience to click pics, but they were flies which were managed.
