the four star was for the food and ambiance only. the people who serve have no clue about zomato gold. when there is a privilege, anyone wants to use it. but the servers go ahead with their own idea instead of asking the costumers. the same happened last evening.dear management, educate your staff about zomato and the other things is, the staff would only recommend to remove the service charge which is 10 percent. instead the servers look for cash as tip. this is total disgrace. if they do better work, people would automatically put tip without their request. i can reveal the person who did so but i fear he might lose the job.the staff should be properly groomed first. take a serious note of this.
