as the pictures tells the story i ordered it for somebody whose day was not going well, and the order she got was packed very poorly, very inappropriate. i'm now feelingbadthat i ordered it from the high brooks cafe

the hot chocolate looks worse than hot coffee. it doesn't have any thickness of chocolate, it's verybadexperience. also the cup in which it is served is very leaky.

i never expected such abadquality as per taste as well as quantity. highly dissapointed with the taste of this waffle the toppings were also so less in quantity it was not even spreading on 1/4th part of the waffle properly . there was no taste at all . i want refund for this ,i ordered it as someone’s birthday gift and this pathetic thing is unacceptable
