when we got our order the entire shake was leaking. this is not the standard maintained by zomato.

nice place, it has a nice vibe to it, we order caramel latte and rainbow latte for not a very high price and taste was also good.
the customer service and precautions to prevent covid-19 were commendable.

i never expected such a bad quality as per taste as well as quantity.
highly dissapointed with the taste of this waffle
the toppings were also so less in quantity it was not even spreading on 1/4th part of the waffle properly .
there was no taste at all .
i want refund for this ,i ordered it as someone’s birthday gift and this pathetic thing is unacceptable

we had visited this cafe in the noon, got a good place to sit. that was the only good thing about this cafe.they didn't had much dishes to offer. we had grilled veggies sandwich which was just average, we ordered drinks which were on time and good.

never thought brookes cafe will be a part of zomato macchi bazar of discounts. no value to dinein customers. its better to order than to visit these outlets now a days. i am sorry but this is true.

one of my all time favourite places in the city. the seclusion, coziness, warmth of this cafe is unmatched. the food is amazing. and it's literally one of the best places you can get a real cup of coffee amongst all these "cafés" in jabalpur.
an added bonus is the music they play. if you enjoy your coffee with the best music out there, this is the place. you'll be begging for their playlists like we were.

a definite go to for your next cozy coffee adventure.

talking about ambiance. it’s brilliant. cozy sitting with beautiful aroma of coffee all around. talking about food. mocha was thick and flavour. sandwich had a good stuffing. with rich veggies. all over 5/5 experience. only place in jabalpur that serves quality coffee nd more.

uhmmm... i've ordered a latte and a kitkat shake... latte was still good but kitkat shake🤢🤮 doodh mai ek kitkat pees kr upr se wipped cream...bs.... are bhai meetha doodh hi pina hota toh kitkat shake koi q mangwaye??

cozy and nice place, beside a busy road. nice coffee and decent bites. must try, this side of the town. seating on the outside is good too. scores high on ambience.
