the escape is place worth visiting. the ambience is exceptionally good at all the four floors. each floor have a different vibe. it’s a very nice place to chill out.
the food is very delicious and served very creatively. they have a good bar menu.
there appetisers are very enticing. the chicken was well cooked, crispy and juicy at the inside.
even the mojiti is served differently in a copper glass.
thestaffis very friendly and well versed with menu and is always there to assist.
my overall experience was great! one must visit escape!

worst service! we were seated at there skybar thestaffasked us to change our table because of a lame reason as we were only two and that table is for four despite of the fact all the other 4 seaters table were available they asked us to move ! after serving half of our order they refuse to serve us on our table when i asked for a feedback book they refused for that as well and then so called guy who takes care of this place is an arrogant man who said in punjabi ethe edda hi hunda h i m never visiting this place again

have been to escape quiet a few times, it has a very nice and lovely ambience. goodstaffand food. though the food quantity is low but its ok overall. i love sitting on top floor, their open deck area. they have recently revamped this floor completely with a fresh design. if you are planning to visit, book a table by mini pool side to enjoy a warm evening with your loved one. i like their cigar rolls, pasta, chakhana and cocktails.

the escape is a perfect place in panchkula to have beer 🍺 (discounted rates offering now a days) . great ambience on all floors , smilingstaffand tasty snacks makes it more great to enjoy our evening. live band on terrace / rooftop . quantity is a bit less against rates but good taste makes quantity ignored. non veg platter is too good. great new family outlet.

giving it 1 star because negative isn’t there.
thestaffwas very inhospitable, we asked for regular water which apparently they didn’t have so tried to bully us into buying their packaged water, which i said should be free from their end as regular wasn’t available, instead they got us a tumbler full of tap water, on asking the waiter if this was ro water or not he replied”tabhi aapko bola tha mineral khareed lo ye toh tap water hai” i insisted on speaking to the manager on the second floor.(4:30pm)
the manager was also unapologetic and behaved like he was doing us a favour by giving us the water for free, eventually we got up and walked out assuming what kind of food will they serve us when they couldn’t even apologise for this.
we were at our girls kitty (9 members ) and all of us vow to never go back to such an indecent and inhospitable environment.
people should really think before getting into the hospitality department.

best place to be in entire tricity for live music and the golden mile is the best beer i ever tastes! craft beers arw amazing over here. moreover thestaffis really friendly and provide awesome servive!! ♥️

awesome place. friendly staff. liked the menu and presentation. reasonably priced. good music. supercool atmosphere.staffmember neeraj was really helpful and polite. surely coming back again and again. highly recommended place.

quite good ambiance and decor. food is quite good, however quantity is not even for one person per dish. rate card is higher on 3rd and 4th floor (even higher) in compare to 1st and 2nd as per staff. al-thought, i have not checked personally.

some waiters are untrained and doesn't know if a table is reserved. we sat on a table after 5 minsstafftold me that this table is reserved. however no one came even in next 1.5 hours. 

owner / manager was shouting at waiters very loudly, wasn't a good sight.

it's quite spacious and the interiors are very well maintained and creatively done. the lighting is too dim at some of the tables. we thankfully went in the afternoon so it was less crowded and we chose our seats as per preference. thestaffis quite courteous and helpful. the food was very tasty and even the drinks were top notch. the plating and presentation was beautiful as well. quantity was a little bit of an issue.

the best food and best ambeince in town.staffis very polite and calm. i would recommend this place for parties with friends and families too ❤️

the decor of the place was very well. nicely lit up with decent music. thestaffwas decently aware of the dishes mentioned in the menu. we ordered veg quesadillas and thai fish cake for starters. the quesadillas were decent while the fish cakes were rubbery, not good at all. next we ordered hyderabadi dal with jeera rice and butter chicken. while the dal was excellent in taste and very well cooked , butter chicken at best was ok. the breads were undercooked as well. the manager (manoj) heard everything i had to say very patiently and promised to serve better food next time. would happily give the place a second chance soon.

really lv this hotel.beyond the relaxing atmosphere nice hotel and a a roof top restaurant with good food .thestaffwas very attentive , professional and friendly the next best part was the fantastic and excellent service at the escape restaurant. the menu has a great variety of food choices and preparation made for superior tasting .the satff is very friendly . tooooooo gooooooood service
