not a ton of choices for a nice sit-down weekend breakfast in saratoga, but out of the choices that are available, we like the country corner cafe the best. unfortunately we are not in the minority with this idea, so expect a wait if you go on saturday or sunday. this place is very popular. the food offered includes many of the staple breakfast items, but also some creative spins on said items. you will find a bunch of different renditions of eggs benedict, catering to different tastes. also, they make really goodhomemadejellies/jams, so try those if you order any bread products or pancakes! all in all, great selection, good food, nice atmosphere.
