somehow this place has been like a routine. food is awesome. music is great. brilliant ambience. super creative. loved the variety in the food. the staff was prompt and very courteous. the terrace setup is very happening and different.

in short :-

- do i have any complaints ? no, i don't
- should you visit? yes, you should

visited a few days back. ambience was good on the rooftop. to my surprise the air conditioned room was empty. drinks were ok. we ordered pasta and oven pizza. both were ok in taste. the hookahservicewas average and it was continuously making all of us cough. overall one can go again with a group of friends

visited after renovation, overall good experience , as always they maintain a good quality and taste for the food , tried indian , dishes were good enough , cocktails are really good , but very lessservicestaffs hence slowservice.

we went there with our friends we loved the ambience and special thanks to mr. ashok & his teamservicewhich they give that was memorable....

ambiance- good
service- very slow. we had to wait for everything.
food- veg platter ordered was average with the paneer tikka preparation was very poor. looked to be not fresh at all. we even mentioned this to the person there but he was non-apologetic.
highly overpriced if you look at the quantity of the food.
with other cafe/lounges coming up in the city , this one has to work really hard on food andservicequality.

uninspiring, demotivated cafe. it once used to be the only cafe with the roof top and an awesome presence. with newer and much posh cafes and rooftops opening at a frequent pace this place has taken a hit.

you would hardly find crowd here except for weekends. theservicehas become extremely sluggish and uninterested. food taste has degraded over the time. i still go there and would continue to go there.

we went there last weekend during the afternoon time, it was almost empty with 2-3 tables occupied. talking about the ambience, the decor was fine, however the menu card and the cutlery seemed old and chapped, needed maintenence... we ordered masala fries mocktails and a pizza.. i was fairly disappointed with the masala fries.. those were very cold, seemed like were prepared and kept for minutes before serving to us. i requested them to replace or atleast heat them, to which we were then served soggy heated fries.. the only saving grace was the pizza whiich was decent enough.

i feel the attitude of the servers were also not at all pleasing. rather than accepting their mistake and replacing the dish.. he was giving reasons that reheating will make it soggy.. theservicein general was not qucik which i fail to understand with such less number of tables occupied..what were so many servers doing... i am giving 2 stars only for the pizza

if we talk about food i think they don't have any professional person who take care about foodservice..they can serve anything !!!
chapter 1 cafe guys please concentrate on food ambience is not everything which matters for customers they are coming to your place to have some good food .
the best of our visit was that they served expired beer to us !!!

though the food and ambience of the place is very good but as the day passes theservicehas become poor to worse of this place we have to wait nearly for an hour for food and then also they have forgotten to serve some of the items we have ordered

i went here with my cousins. they have both type sitting facility enclosed and rooftop. we opted for rooftop because we want to have hookah. we ordered for overloaded cheese fries, mojito and white sauce pasta. to be very honest i didn’t like their fries because it was not that good. it was not a cheese sauce at all. it was just a normal bechamel sauce. mojito was extremely sweet. pasta was good and hookah also.servicewas prompt and my overall experience was nice. if you really want to have good hookah for that you can go their.

this place needs better signage. we knew there was an section with inside seating (ac) but when you walk up the stairs it takes you directly to the rooftop terrace. great food. serviceis lacking.

this is some what a new place in agra first kind of cafe here. the food is good not great but ambience is good they have two floors one is ac hall and other is an open roof. theserviceis good. overall a good start for agra.

my fav place for sheesha in agra! food is amazing and really clean. theirserviceis attentive and friendly. ambience and music is great and chill. definitely recommend this place!

chapter 1 cafe has definitely introduced agra to a newer concept which is appreciable but i'm not happy with the food or beverages.
i've been here twice and dissapointed with the taste both the time.
theserviceis fast, sitting is good and the staff is welcoming as well . but the food quality needs to improve .

presentation was absolutely fantabulous. all the cool things i could see all around the place.
very relaxing after visiting tajmahal or red fort.
food is also good.servicetook lil time but it's not that bad. music makes it more relaxing.
