nouc tossed chicken was the most delicious boneless chicken i’ve ever tasted 😍
chicken bao was also quite tasty.
in drinks, weorderedbasil bang on recommendation. honestly basil bang felt like a mocktail only, no alcohol in it. we made it up with the strong liit though. they made liit on request.
in main course, we wanted something similar to nouc tossed chicken, so weorderedpad thai chicken. it was good.

its good place to have food and located in the market only. i liked everything here food, service, ambiance. iorderedmalwani pulao whose taste was great. then ate pasta with pheni, it was also good. staff help you to select the food to enjoy the taste.

overall good place to have calm food.

after my training in bengaluru, i was in goa and decided to have something different, iorderedin a small bite homemade poli, it has great authentic swad and price was good.

a little late in writing this review. but i couldn't get the food out of my mind, hence decided to do this in the middle of a work day 😋

in 2 words bsb's food is heavenly and satisfying.
the 3 of usorderedthe crispy shrimp and the chorizo pav for starters before moving on to the main course which was the 3-hour braised lamb, the spiced chicken alfredo but the winner clearly were the spice rub pork ribs. melt in the mouth food with quality ingredients. if you are in panjim, you must make it a point to have a meal here. i repeat. you must!!

when i heard that it was part of the conde nast list of best indian restaurants 2019, i had high expectations. really high. for me the food is top factor while visiting any restaurant, and then comes service.

ambience: 4 stars

we entered the place and it was quite cosy compared to how i had imagined this high-end place to be.

the music was apt - not too loud not too soft. the small space was well utilizes and we'll lit.

service: 5 stars because 5 is max.

while ordering the food and drinks, the staff serving us was so damn courteous! they asked about our preferences and how we got to know about the place. they looked deeply interested in our order and that made a difference. that's how you are supposed to care for your guests. having a conversation with them and listening to understand their needs and asks to serve better.

food: 4/6

weorderedblush, the paan in drink, desi style pasta, goan pesto crusted fish among many other dishes.

fresh, aromatic and tasteful. every ingredient and it's flavor added to the overall taste of the dish. while, i don't have any major issue with the food served, i cannot remember any one particular taste that made a difference. one particular dish that i would remember and try to replicate in my own kitchen. however the one thing that left a mark was my drink the paan. try it if you like paan but don't like the hassle that it comes with.

although, the churros chocolate sauce as dessert was bit of a let down.

overall i would say, do visit this place for the experience. i'll give it 4 stars, half a star taken for the food which if perfected would make the visit even better and the other half because zomato doesn't allow giving half stars :)

had dinner at this place.orderedtwo starters (pork belly and choga prawns) and the creole chicken for mains. also had thr deconstructed lemon tart for dessert. lovely meal and very courteous staff. highly recommended.

went saturday night on recommendation from local store owner. it is located slightly off the main road - but reasonably easy to find.

loved the ambience. walls with solid dark colors and photographs. lighting was subdued without it being too dark to see what is going. lots of tables in a maze of rooms. but still cozy without being loud or noisy.

menu was a qr code on the table - we had a little difficulty accessing as our phones had no signal and the wifi settings did not work. a router reset soon solved the problem.

ordered 2 cocktails: goad chibod and the paan. the first one is based on feni and arrived all frothy from the egg whites. excellent.

and the paan came with a huge paan leaf submerged in the drink. this is the real deal. especially, after the various paan shot avatars in numerous other places: either too sweet or an aftertaste that makes your lips pucker.

both were probably one of the best cocktail experiences i have ever had.

from their small plates we went for prawns in soy glaze, jackfruit tostadas, and lotus stem. all were decent but i think a little too heavy on the sauces and seasonings.

alsoorderedthe pulled pork burger. the bun was amazing. soft and airy yet able to hold itself without falling apart. the meat and sauce was also very good. but i think it is the bun which was the real scene stealer.

for dessert went with the churros. 4-5 good sized ones with chocolate dipping sauce. they were ok. i think the piping tip did a good job with the ridges but the body felt slightly off. and not as addictive as churros are typically meant to be.

still, overall was a nice dinner experience. go again: likely if we are in the neighborhood next visit to goa.

i came across this place on zomato and ever since then had the curiosity to know how does it have a 4.9 star rating. but trust me, this is an amazing place and weorderedchicken bun pao, side garlic bread and malvani chicken stroganoff and each dish is lip smacking spectacular.

and we finished our lunch with a scrumptious cheesecake. our server hemraj was amazingly helpful

must visit if in goa

totally loved this place! every dish weorderedwas absolutely delicious and well presented. especially loved the garlic bread and mushroom stroganoff. will definitely visit again on my next goa trip!

visited this place mid week for a light lunch.ordered: choga prawns / roast pork / spiced chicken bao coupled with a red wine sangria and a spiced watermelon mock tail.

now if you looking for a nicely rounded punch in every forkful then this is place to be. mind you , it’s definitely quality above quantity hence the portions size might be contentious to some. but absolutely adequate from a small plates point of view.

the choga prawns were plump and nice . but when combined with the sauce and the fried onions in a forkful just takes it to another level.

the roast pork was divine . my only grouse is that got served couple of burnt bits of pork.

the baos were right up there with one of the best baos that i have a had with a very clever chicken filling preparation with a north & south combo flavor profile.

drinks were ok.

will be back to try the main course in this week. got my eye on a couple of dishes☺️

i would rate it 5/5 for everything. ambience. courteous staff. food. cocktails. we went there on our last day in goa and we were in a hurry since we had to reach airport for out flight but looking at the reviews we decided to make a stop here for our final meal and we were not disappointed. weorderedmushroom cream soup, one gin based cocktail, veg spaghetti and veg burger and each and every food item was delicious. i would have wanted to savour each and every bite if i had more time to spend there but nonetheless whenever i go back to goa, i am definitely going back there. hands down best fine dining restaurant in goa.

the choga prawns were to die for. we have been in goa for 2 months and these were the best cooked and tasting prawns . the service is great and honestly, every single thing weorderedwas great. they make garlic bread the only way it should be. and the pork was melting in our mouths. we tried only the starters and cocktails.. both were great. must try.

finally i made it to this beautiful place
weorderedprawns, bao and mango dolly. everything was simply amazing. best place to visit.

after a lot of traveling around we were very hungry and decided to have our lunch here. this place is very sophisticated and classy. perfect for a date night. not so perfect when you're extremely hungry and want a lot of food.

the food weordered-
ceviche - this was the first time i tried ceviche. i still don't know what i feel about this dish though. there's a certain kind of rawness, literally. but it was not bad. i had nothing to compare it with so i'm gonna give it a 3/5.
pork ribs - ah! this was the only dish that made me happy tbh. it was yummm! served with rice. the meat was soft and not chewy. lovedddd it.
some duck dish that i don't remember - my least favorite. it was very hard and not worth it.
the portion size of each dish is just for one person so you should order accordingly.
