the big bike hub cafe

it's been a long time i have left a review on zomato. but, i guess, you need something special to get out of food reviewing hibernation. bigbikehub cafe is one such place.
went in with a few friends to this place. situated on the first floor of jyote suzuki showroom, the cafe is abikethemed cafe. turns out, the owner is a food andbikeenthusiast and he was also the part of a biker club.
pros:
burgers are succulent. i had a nasty burger and boy, it was good! the patty was perfectly caramelized and had the sauce dripping on to fingers. the french fries with the burger were spot on. absolutely justified the name.
a friend had the pink sauce pasta, and just like every good friend he didn't share it. however, he tells the pasta was cooked well. he, apparently, had al dente pasta in bhubaneswar after a long time.
for drinks, we tried the hot-shot. it had a hint of spice in it. the sweet-salty-spicy drink turned out to be a good pairing with the burger.
moreover, they also house some cool pin-up girl posters. heck, i liked one so much that i took a photo, edited in snapseed and kept it as my wallpaper.
cons:
the ac could do better. it felt a little humid in there. also, one has to go through the suzuki showroom. i am nobikeenthusiast. so, that didn't help me have an impression on the cafe.
overall, a nice place to hangout. the crowd is mostly there for the food and the games on board. my friend took a pic with the hayabusa kept in another section of the cafe. good for him! give this place a visit if you need to catch up with your friends. they've got english breakfast too. the next time around i will give it a try (if i get up early, that is!)

awesome place to hang out with friends..quite reasonable price for foods nd beverages. tasted garden grill sandwich, 4 sandwiches @100. very good taste. atmosphere s vry gud.. complete cool place to hang out. spacious nd most of all humble behaviour.. you will b surrounded bikes and dat makes this place cooler dan any other place. watching suzuki huge engine bikes while having hot coffee would definitely race ur mind. the perfect name bigbikehub which will entertain u tv, billiards , nd spacious area. its will definitely be a good experience to hv fun wid friends over coffee nd other snacks nd beverages.

beside a confusing entrance through abikeshowroom this café gave me many surprises..
for the first time a place with proper american breakfast in a affordable price.
beans, sausages, salami, bread, coffee, everything was very decent.
the café area is also gud indoor games like pool, ps4 etc are available.

overall a quite decent place to hangout with friends nd family. . looking forward

bigbikeclub has a nice theme of having a restaurant based on bikes. it is basically on the top of suzuki showroom.
it has a quite simple and nice ambience. the bikes are the main center of attraction main center of attraction. apart from that it has billiads and sports magazines.
we have ordered alfredo penne white pasta and chicken and mayo sandwiche. the pasta was too delicious and the best in bhubaneswar i guess.it had round shape chicken pieces. and the mayo sandwich was crunchy. the mayo and the chicken was perfectly combined to give it a perfect texture and taste.
ambience 8/10

the location of the place is really an innovative one with it being located on the top of a suzuki showroom!
the place has a really good theme of bikers hub!the interior decorations are really captivating and hence gives a good ambience to the place overall!
we ordered the new york cheese chicken burger .
the size of the burger was a bit small but tasted really good on the inside ! the bigbikenasty hot dog was alright because the sausage tasted slightly underdone! the bigbikeclub chicken sandwich tasted awesome and was the best of the lot! the barbeque chicken pizza was pretty decent !
the kit kat shake and the chocolate shake were really awesome and completed the meal as fine deserts !
place is much recommend for hangouts, quick bites👍🏼

this place is great! atmosphere is chill and cool and the staffs are very hospitable. ❤

i wanted a long ride after having busy week . so this place was in my hit list . i wanted to visit this place for long as it has relaxing ambience , loads of books , loads of table games and play station 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
one can spend the whole breakfast to dinner at this place 😝 atleast i can.
so the place which stood on my expectations deserves a descriptive review as well.
🍽️🍴☕food :
- i tried bigbikeclub sandwich , the biker's breakfast , and latte .
- the bigbikeclub sandwich : it was the yummiest sandwich i ever had in a while now ( cliche!!) it was indeed one of the best sandwich you can have in bhubaneswar ... why?
it had poached eggs , shredded chicken , with 3 type of sauce - mayonnaise , thousand island and szechuan sauce . there was balance between all these things , nothing was overpowering . it was love at first bite 🤩
just have a look on the pics attached , you will get what m talking about 😍
the bikers breakfast : for a person having low appetite , this breakfast was huge . it had two slices of bread perfectly toasted , sauted tomato and mushrooms , chicken salami , hash brown , two perfectly crisped sausage , omlette with cheese on top and baked beans - comes with complimentary juice/tea/coffee of choice . i tell you this is the best breakfast for a biker coz it's huge , it's healthy , it's has variety in taste .
one can get all the best things on one plate .
i never had such an amazing breakfast at any place , basically an english breakfast .
note : you can customize the flavours according to your taste 😊
latte : frothy , yet creamy ( not watery as most place serve 😒) , had a cute face on top 😄😄😄😄
just as good as it looks ☺️.

booked a table through zomato. had a lot of expectations based on the ratings and reviews. here's what we found.

location & ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐
the way to this cafe is through a suzuki showroom which is weird. once you walk up the stairs, you notice a few bikes kept on the far right that are visible from the road. there is nothing else on the right. you walk through the left to the cafe. the disconnect is eye-catching. in the dining area, you feel the name does not really match up. abikethemed cafe with wall portraits that have eitherbikepics orbikeplate numbers only; with a pool table at the centre makes you feel pretty out of place. the lighting is pretty ordinary and less.

let's get to the food part now.

chicken and cheese nuggets: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
5 pieces at ₹80. tastes really good and the best part of all the orders. the chicken was soft and tender and the cheese felt yum. the crispiness outside and the softness inside amazed me.

chicken sandwich: ⭐⭐
chewy chicken pieces that takes out the joy of eating a sandwich. shredded chicken pieces were too less in quantity and this was below average. also served were a few pieces of french fries.

chicken burger: ⭐⭐⭐
the bun was ok. the lettuce was old. dangling from the sides. the chicken patty was average. its made in-house i could understand and they confirmed it. however it had more onion and ginger pieces and tasted average again. overall, a pretty average serving.

choco frappe: ⭐⭐⭐
average again. tasted more like chocolate shake with coffee in it. the cream on top was missing.

last words: okay, our first experience was not something that made us go crazy about this place or love it. you can go here but keep your expectations low. the food is average, the ambiance is non-existent. there are surely better places at this price range.

suggestions to the staff/cafe management:
1. brining chicken is important
2. get chicken that do not weigh over 1.5 kg
3. choco frappe is a great drink. learn to make it
4. improve the patty. or get it frozen from market
5. lettuce is not compulsory. serving old and dried lettuce looks pretty awful
6. a couple of bikes can be kept in the main cafe and the pool table can be moved towards the other end
7. you have a great place and i found a lot of potential and scope for improvement to draw the crowd in
8. serving tomato sachet looks cheap when you have a cafe that wants to prove itself as a brand. serve it on a small bowl. its a one time cost and gives a premium feel to the dish. give it a thought.

nice place for snacks. it is set up within abikeshowroom. it has many indoor games as well. it. has good ambience as well. the music also is very good.

a great place to spend time, ps4, guitar, pool, tv, good books, name it. everything's available to kill your boredom. chill place for youngsters and definitely forbikelovers.

we went there few days back to chill and have some good food. it's on the top of abikeshowroom on the main road itself.
the place is having a nice ambience for friends to chill. it has board games and all. ✨
we ordered pasta, pizza, 2 mocktails and peri peri fries. food was okay. i didn't like the pasta much though. quantity was okay. they took nearly 35 minutes to serve so that's pretty irritating, but overall it's a nice place to spend a nice evening.
