the bar khana

as the name suggests , it’s based on a kar khana ( factory) theme.
there’s a wall with gear wheels at the entrance , perfect for taking pictures
very unique concept. the entrance door is a huge metal safe door .
opens into a seating area and a dance floor.
designer wooden chairs & leather sofas. cozy place for a date , or smaller groups.
then comes the main bar area and a variety of seating options, bar stools, chairs etc all wooden with unique factory themed wooden tables
interiors are beautifully done , old us machinery diagrams framed add to the classy vintage look
even the restroom has factory themed fittings.

the bar is huge & has a great collection of alcohol.
cocktails are unique and potent
food is top class and beautifully presented
staff is polite
ample parking available , escalator leads to the entrance from
downstairs.
anyone who visits this place would definitely love to come back.
great place to hang out with friends, party or a casual outing with colleagues

we tried :
drinks
1.barkhanapunch ( mocktail) : very unique amalgamation of flavours. strawberry crush , various fruit juices & ice cream with a hint of coconut
2. 7 ways to hell : not for the faint hearted! the most potent cocktail i’ve ever had, i bet you’ll be high in one .
3. tennessee sour : a variation of whiskey sour with jack daniels, lime juice and bitters . must try

starters:
1. cheesy chatpata murgi : chicken tikkas with a lot of cheese , melts in mouth. served with salad, onion rings , lemon & mint chutney.
2. chicken angara : delicious chicken tikkas served on a sizzler plate on a bed of shredded veggies & flambéed on table . chef’s special dish not yet on menu . must not miss this !

pizza :
1. bbq chicken pizza : thin crust , delicious pizza , full of cheese and well marinated barbecued chicken pieces

main course :
1. jhinga masala thali : perfectly cooked prawns in a delicious thick gravy. served with steamed basmati rice , small papads , lemon & onion rings
any dish can be converted into a thali , which is great
we tried their cheese garlic naan too , hot and delicious

dessert :
blueberry cheesecake: chef’s special cheesecake. was a perfectly baked cheesecake topped with blueberry compote and real blueberries in it. presentation was very beautiful too.

visited this karkhana inspiredbarkhanawith a expansive area with a massive bar and a large spacious seating area. loved there ligthunt llllthey also have a stage area for live performances with its own seating area. parking is easily avaliable and it is easy to locate.
we had 2 amazing cocktails which were the
~7 ways to hell- this is a massive upgrade on the liit without the coke and 7 spirits it's sure to buzz you in a great way.
~tennesse sour-this cocktail made with jack daniel's and lime with bitter is the perfect compliment to their tasty starters.

we also had their signature mocktail thebarkhanapunch with their insignia on the top made of various fruit crushes, juices and ice cream. was refreshing.

in starters
~cheezy chatpata murg-this were succulent pieces of chicken topped and stuffed with cheeze and serves with various chutneys. was a treat to the eyes and tasted amazing. you must try this.
~chicken angara tikka-chicken angara tikkas given a spectacular flambé on the table and tasted great with the flambé adding to the spiced tikkas. this was a chefs special soon to be introduced to the menu.

in the main course we had
~chicken bbq pizza-perfectly made thin crust pizza with just the right amount of components which leaves you with a smile.
~jhinga masala covered into a thali which can be done with other main course meals too. consisted of awesome succulent prawns made in malwani style with these yummy bowl of mini masala papads and steamed rice. was really finger licking good.
we additional ordered 2 cheese naans which were made up of 3 soft and tasty naans coated in shredded cheeze
for desserts we had
~blue berry cheeze cake another awesome creation of their chef with real baked cheeze cake topped with blueberry compote with a lot of blueberries. just couldn't get enough of it it was that good.

service was prompt and the staff interactive and will help you choose your order with a smile. great place to hangout with friends or by oneself. great drinks and awesome food will make you visit again and again. highly recommended.

both zomato andbarkhanaadmin didn't bother to check the icon against the chuza khas biryani dish. it was marked as green which was completely wrong

my overall experience was actually great,this is a must try place for sure! the starters were amazing,drinks were as good as one would want,i tried their watermelon mojito,pina colada,mango mule andbarkhanapunch,i had no complains at all. the main course was good too,portion size was good as well. deserts were the best way to complete the course and they tasted amazing!

yesterday evening, i and my girlfriend was looking for a soothing getaway from our monotonous lives. looking at the rating we decided to meet up at thebarkhanaat the commercia, wakad.
since it was our first time here, we entered with a very judgemental point of view. but the ambience, the seating arrangements the overall make-up of the place got us ✨.
we ordered the routine kf draught pitcher with that was barkhana's special 'chakana' - the dal makhani nachos 🤤 that's the best type of nachos you can ever have. they were made perfectly the nacho wasn't soggy and the flavour was wonderful.
ending up this we went for liit with old monk and for starters we ordered the chicken tikka season special that was adviced by the waiter himself.
the chicken tikka was great it was seasoned and made very well the liit was strong in a proper way also.
for our dinner we had chicken tikka pizza as we are great chicken tikka fans 😅 the pizza was marvelous with thin crust and proper seasoning.
the overall service and ambience was very delightful. this place has great vibe going 🌃
we had great evening together that was just what we wanted...
