these small resturants need to get it. iced tea was stale and waitress wouldnt make a fresh batch wow the customer is right we have plenty of places to chose from and don't and won't tolerate mistakes. get it right. we've got lots of choices in the mid cities. the staff is likely mostly family. a lack of training. and not working on maintaining the proper reviews is a huge mistake. it takes more than hard work. it usually quiet here. business is ok but not growing and they don't have a plan to improve it. as a resturantconsultanti wish i could feel sorry for them but we didn't take them to raise.
