excellant pad thai. while not a pad thai expert, when i go to thai, it is exclusively what i get, and i am always on the search for the next great place to have it. this place did not disappoint! it was flavorful and not oily. the sprouts were crunchy but cooked in and the portion size was very satisfying. i got it hot, and it had a bit of bite without overpowering the flavor (i tend to like dishes on the very hot side so you are warned!). something tells me if you get it thai hot it could be too strong, but i will have to go back to get it again...that will not be a problem for me. the spring roll was crunchy on the outside with good stuffing.
