do not deliver. i eat at here at least once a week and was constantly satisfied with their quality if food and service. recently a friend and i went in for lunch and the waitress was kind and brought our food quickly; a little too quickly. i ordered my usual pad see ewe-noodles were hard and stuck together and my friends padang curry was thick and tasteless . about a week later we put in the same order and was highly disappointed, i ordered pad see ewe with medium spice, with chicken, american broccoli, no carrots, and a side of peanut sauce. after i repeated that about 3 times i specifically told the cashier, candy, that i was allergic to carrots and double checked to make sure there wasn't going to be any on there. she read the order back and everything was correct. the order came about 25 min later and there was an order for pad see ewe with carrots and chinese broccoli and no peanut sauce. i called back to get another one being that i am allergic to carrots and cannot eat the dish. after she put me on hold for 5 minutes she returned to tell me that "the dish came with carrots and she was not aware i didn't want them"...what??! after and awkward pause i informed her i wanted another one-again i was put on hold. she then came back to tell me they'll send me a new one but they need to take the old plate back. needless to say i was very disappointed in the quality of customer service and the overall experience i've had with delivery.
