tasty food that i can eat!. i'm vegan and gluten-free... eating take-out is always a challenge.thaifood express makes my life so much easier, and in a sense harder, because they can modify just about any menu item to suit my diet. plus the food is great in general! i love their curries, fresh rolls, salad, tom yum (vegetarian) soup, and can even eat the pad thai. they understand and respect when i ask for foods to be made without fish sauce and with gluten-free soy sauce. really, i could go on and on, because there are too few restaurants near me likethaifood express. thanks as always!
