my favoritethairestaurant in eg! good selection of nice authenticthaidishes. i love their padthaiand chicken curry the most. and their sticky rice with mango is just yum!

ate here with a group of 8. was provided very good service and the food was all very tasty without that overheating burn that sometimes comes withthaifood. strange that the adjoining dining room requires a short walk through the kitchen, but i got over it once we were seated.

i received my march issue of sacramento magazine the other day and started thumbing through the restaurant section. i found a listing forthaichili in elk grove that said this restaurant "offers an entire menu just for vegetarians." clearly, this was a place i needed to blog about! i drove through the pouring rain and found the restaurant in a strip mall on elk grove boulevard. looking through the three or four pages of vegetarian options in the menu , the first thing i knew i had to have was the coconut soup, made with lemongrass, mushroom, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, carrots, and tomatoes in a coconut milk broth. it was a little bit spicy, chock full of vegetables, and quite delicious. since i was planning to have an entrée too, i ordered only a small portion of the soup. if i had it to do over again, i'd have ordered extra to bring home, since it was just that good. with so many choices, i had a hard time deciding what to order for my entrée. i went back

my favoritethaiplace! had to go back the second day after our volleyball tournament at the convention center-first time kids ever hadthaiand they loved it too! would consider the 3hr drive again just to eat here.

love their pumpkin curry but their padthaihas a strange tomato paste base...not my liking.

bestthaiin elk grove. elk grove needed a greatthaiplace like this. try the spicy eggplant or spicy basil. both are incredible!

this place is amazing! came here for lunch with my mom who was apprehensive about tryingthaifood because she thought it'd be too spicy. she ordered the spicy tilapia with bamboo and asked that they not make it too spicy- came out perfect! i had the seafood silver noodles and fried rice which was also absolutely delicious. dumplings for appetizers were amazing and the sauce was the perfect complement.

this place is the best! they have great food, great proportions, great prices, and even better, great service! the longest i've ever waited for food was 15 minutes and that was when they were flooded with people. the curry us fresh, hot, and super spicy if you want it to be. they also have a huge menu including things that aren't spicy if you have friends that are not into spice. they even have a vegetarian menu! i would recommendthaichili to everyone and anyone!

hot & delicious!. what a find! my family and i used urbanspoon to findthaichili, and we weren't disappointed. we arrived around 1 p.m. for lunch and were quickly seated and provided with tall glasses of iced water with lemon. the 21-page menu is intimidating, but i managed to find something to try: the red curry with pumpkin and tofu. it was moderately spicy and the pumpkin was cooked perfectly. don't pass up thethaisweet tea there, it's cool and satisfying and not too sweet. my family members enjoyed their meals as well.

i hope i can find athairestaurant in maryland that is as good asthaichili.

bestthaiin eg. roasted duck red curry and avocado green curry with salmon are our favorites!

excellent food and friendly service. especially enjoyed the mango panang curry with mahi mahi. we ordered padthaiand papaya salad as well and with their generous portions we have leftovers for 3-4 people. i look forward to trying new dishes off their extensive menu soon! support local restaurants and drive by the endless chains of eg!!!!
