texas chicken

it was a juicy burger. iorderedthe smokehouse burger and it was really big and good. it was worth the money.

after being notified that my order is out for delivery, it took 3 hours to arrive. iorderedat 1:30 and the food arrived at 4:30. it was stale. the vegetables were old and the bread was hard. i think they must've forgotten to deliver my order and when i called to check, they sent the same food rather than remaking it. we couldn't eat any of it. i'm not ordering from this branch again.

* it's been a bad experience. iorderedabd waited for delivery for over an hour untill i finally called the place and they said we have just received your order. too much delay in delivery even afterwards.
* even delivery was not correct and sent kids meal in place of chicken meal.
* food taste was reasonable but not upto the level expected out of them

iorderedthrough zomato last night at 8.30 pm, didn't get my order till 10.15 pm. i tried calling but couldn't connect to the restaurant. i asked zomato to cancel as i was just tired of waiting.
after cancellation,at 10.30 pm i got a call from the restaurant, the driver was asking my address.
really? 8.36 to 10.30, that much time is needed to deliver food from sahara center to my place which is 5 mins away? i told the driver i cancelled the order.
slept without dinner. thanks!

ordered online for mexicana wrap and tex wrap. delivery was very prompt, last time when iorderedit did come bit late but this time it was ontime. both the wraps were good.

came here for lunch after uni with friends. they had the twin burger meal offer going on, which has two burgers and a drink each. weorderedthree of those meals and extra fries on the side.
their burgers have the option of spicy or non-spicy. we opted for all spicy. the quality and the quantity of the food is pretty good. one burger with some fries is enough to fill you up. the burger patty’s at texas chicken are juicy and crispy, thats why i prefer them over burger king.
the staff and service were okay tho.

this texas chicken is located in the bright, airy food court of sahara centre andorderedthe supreme chicken delight. orders were taken by the friendly staff and it came in quick and hot. a good change from mcd burgers.

weorderedtheir burgers and crispy chicken for a party. they were good, so were the fries. the crispiness tends to dissapear if the delivery is delayed.

i am big fan of texas😍😍. we hadorderedtexas wrap roll, texas chicken and big deal meal along with fries. i always like their wrap esp thr sauce which is sweetish as well as spicy, it looks like a mixture of jam and ketchup . we also hadorderedpassion fruit mojito which was delicious.

we are big fan of texas and we came to know they have opened their doors at our door step so we immediately went there on first day to try their food.
weorderedtheir famous texas mega spicy chicken sandwich combo, chicken trips combo and mexicana sandwich combo the food arrived in time and it was just ok we have been eating from different outlets but till now the rashidiya branch is best.

iorderedel paso chicken since it looks quite good in the menu,after being asked to wait 15 minutes i was served with unbreaded,dried and tiny pieces of chicken which i refuse to take away.the crew insisted that el paso chicken is indeed not breaded and it does served like it.to my dismay i insisted to just replace my order with a regular fried chicken.though the crew was hesitant,he replaced it anyway. i never regularly order from this burger joint but i had no choice since kfc does not accept card payments in sahara centre and texas chicken is situated right next to it.but i am dismayed with the service of the crew and the quality of food that they serve.not worth the price and time.disappointing.

not good...according to my standards.
i don't know if i'm hurting any texas chicken lovers (maniacs, like i am for few brands), but the truth is, i didn't like it and it comes nowhere close to kfc in terms of the crispy-ness, taste, and colour.

weorderedthe new tandoori burger and the hummus finger fries & the first bite (usually what sticks for a long time in your tongue and memory) was the buster. too minty i would say and doesn't really match the tandoori taste that we get back in india. i'm from delhi, and so i know how a tandoori item should taste. 😉

even the usual crispy tenders where not that great. even though it was a better job done in comparison to the tandoori burger, like i said earlier, it doesn't fulfil you in terms of satisfaction.

cost is pretty match the same as you find in kfcs and bks and mcds. so no comments there. but really hoping that the food scientists @texas chicken come up with something good soon, atleast for their fans who suggested me this joint in the 1st place.

i have never had a worst burger in life..i mean how can any1 go wrong with burgers.
well, the burger buns were way too soft and d fried chkn was uncooked. not at all crispy.
loads of mayo n cheese. finally, till d last bite it made me feel pukish n i jst left it dere. coke was life saver fr me.

tried them out after hearing quite a lot of praise from friends and family, and claims of them being better than kfc.
truly, their food was great, but it seemed everything time youorderedit home, the quality was shocking!
worth a try for anyone who's palettes have acclimated to kfc and are looking for something different. just don't order it home!
