visited this place for family lunch,staffwas very courteous and provided high chair for the baby as well. good food and ambience

it's a over rated restaurant, with just good ambience, but poorly trainedstaffand just ok taste food, overall a big no no for 2nd visit

we visited last week,staffwas not friendly, they not accept our zomato pro.

very bad service and instead of taking care of us they let us go and we can complete order... we waisted our time by visiting here...
i will suggest not to go if you are looking for friendlystaffand family friendly environment.

even they were ready for availing my zomato pro..
i will not suggest if u are looking for good service...

good food, good ambiance, helpful staff, hygienic, etc. my daughter had good time playing over bar counter with couple of free drinks. we couple, got some space to talk with each other whilestafftook care of my child.

we were made to wait while they provided to people coming after us.....very poorstaffand extremely bad communication.

one star is only for their service delay.
yeah, the food was amazing but took me 2 hours to finish my dinner due the delay in serving food.
tried the second time with other friends and they still remain the same. surely you could visit if you like waiting for your food. thestaffis also on rude side... i had expectations from this place but was highly disappointed by them. will i visit again??? 🤔

this place is a very good to have a good family dining experience for the people of ahmedabad. the ambience looks great with low lights.staffbehavior and service is good. coming to food the cheese fondue we ordered was amazing like one of the best we ever had. the sprouts salad was good enough for protein loaded start, paneer chilly can be better, butter milk and masala papad were good too. overall had a good experience.

awesome food here. also good precautions in this covid 19 situation. thermal screening and sanitiser at entrance. sitting every alternate tables.staffwere mask and gloves. after all good experience. also have good interior.

we went there to have a dish called "saute tofu with exotic vegetables served with hummus". first they said it's available, and then they declined serving it by mentioning "it's only for zomato/online orders". so as i wanted to have some dish that has hummus, they don't have any dishes on their menu that has hummus in it.
it is weird that they can serve hummus if ordered online but can't serve during dining in.
anyway, i only had "cream of mushroom soup" and left.
the soup was really good.
thestaffstill managed to add that hummus dish on my bill. i had to ask them to correct the bill.

after looking at ratings on zomato we have decided to go to this restaurant for my birthday dinner celebrations. restaurant's interior and food was very good. however i don't like thestaffand their behavior. my 2 year old kid is playing with spoon and hitting it on a glass and allstaffmembers and waiters are staring at our table by thinking that he will broke the glass, they don't have any other work? and actually my kid did broke it and we feel sorry for that. however we first asked waiter to give 1 plastic glass/spoon if they have so, but they said we don't have plastic material items. they want money for that broken glass from us and added amount behind the actual bill which we don't like as that was not intentionally broken. however we have decided to give money on a condition to add amount in actual bill not as a behind bill as they are taking money from customer for broken glass it should be a legal transaction entry into their account system. after our this request all managers denied to take broken glass money and want only actual bill amount. we took desert course outside somewhere in ice-cream shop as they disturbed our mood. please improve your staff's behavior.
