after looking at ratings on zomato we have decided to go to this restaurant for my birthday dinner celebrations. restaurant's interior and food was very good. however i don't like the staff and their behavior. my 2 year old kid is playing with spoon and hitting it on a glass and all staff members and waiters are staring at our table by thinking that he will broke the glass, they don't have any other work? and actually my kid did broke it and we feel sorry for that. however we first asked waiter to give 1 plastic glass/spoon if they have so, but they said we don't have plastic material items. they want money for that broken glass from us and added amount behind the actual bill which we don't like as that was not intentionally broken. however we have decided to give money on a condition to add amount in actual bill not as a behind bill as they are taking money from customer for broken glass it should be a legal transaction entry into their account system. after our this request all managers denied to take broken glass money and want only actual bill amount. we took desert course outside somewhere in ice-cream shop as they disturbed our mood. please improve your staff's behavior.
