an all-time favorite. i lived in phoenix for 10 years. my old roommate was a bartender thereyearsback and turned me on to the place. i make it a point to eat there every trip back. the place hasn't changed. they still have the same cook from 35yearsago. the menu, booths are still the same. only the prices have changed. i usually get a #5 and a green corn tamale. if you are not from arizona, green corn tamales are a must. and the 'ritas are outstanding. still a local favorite. still see familiar faces when i go back.
