this was my worst dining experience, servers here are indifferent! we were served by shrawan mishra and he was pathetic, least bothered with basic etiquette! i would personally insist to not visit this place.foodwas okay only, but the whole experience made my evening even worse. pathetic service!!! let me know if there’s a way to raise a complaint against it, i have my invoice!

we really love thefoodand service , we are the regular customer here and every time it feels like the first time although the lighting need some work to be done and the seating arrangement should be renovated.
overall, the experience was great and satisfying as always.

your order will never be perfect like even the basic thing that you order all thefoodand you will get all thefoodat your home. some items are missing and etc. today i had ordered and waited for 2 hours, and at last nothing happened and the order got cancelled. ofcourse i got refund, but 2 hours lost and i had to order from some other restaurant.

ambience is good. looks very similar to kolkata tds. seats are cozy. staff is good.

food is not great. we tried chicken lollipop, lasagne, cheeseballs and fish n chips. i loved cheese balls but hated the rest. for the high prices,foodhas to be better.

tuesday is generally happy hours so we got 2+1 on all drinks. wednesday and saturday are for couples only hence plan accordingly.
