visited tamasha for lunch over a weekend with friends. the place was jampacked wven around 12 noon. we had taken dineout deal for a 20% discount on the overall bill. ordered for noodles, sangria, smirnoff vodka shots, combo of paneer & roti, mushrooms, dahi kebabs. the food overall was good but the attitude of the manager nd at the cash counter was not good. however, the sangria was diluted. on complaining they wudnt even accept our feedback. while my friend had finished it off & we were never asking for a refund or another one in lieu there of, the manager was just not ready to take my feedback. on quite being compelling on the quality he got me a few sips of fresh sangria, which was far better than the previous one. the vodka shots were ok. the noodles hardly had any veggies. at the time of billing they charged us additionally for the veggies. on speaking with the employee at the cash counter, who presumably was the manager, he was quite rude. i told him with this kind of attitude i do not wish to pay the service charge & as is its discretionary. he went morerudesaying that you have to pay the service charge & that you can't have both ie a dineout discount & no service charge. on this he argued quite a bit & went to the extent of saying that you dont pay the entire bill. i was like ok if thats what you want & then he kind of got to his senses & reduced the service charge & additional charge on veggies from the bill manually. i am observing that nowadays in many such outlets the staff is beingrudewith the customers, dont know why? quality is either average or poor, high cost & bad attitude.
