cozy sweet place tucked upstairs in the chamberlain building, lovely deco and a wonderful atmosphere. loved all the cocktails, very deliciously made. the service is also excellent and the daily special cocktails are worth it’s price. definitely one of the best bars i have been too in britomart ❤️

booked at table here for a special occasion on the 29/3 for the 4/05.
confirmed booking day before.
booking was for 10.00pm got a phone call left voicemail to say there was a private party down stairs and they moved up to talulah and there was no table for us .

if you want amazing service and a friendly, welcoming hostess this is not the place for you. whoever the manager/event coordinator is here needs to find a new career path since she can’t even be a remotely nice person to paying customers. it’s a real shame this rude young lady ruins the atmosphere since the other staff members and bartenders are so lovely and accomodating and the cocktails are delicious.

had my birthday here and hired out talulah. i was never told it was only going to be half the venue with a rope across half way. when i first walked in 15 minutes early the lady downstairs said rudely there’s 15 minutes til we open and i then said i’m having my birthday function upstairs , she looked at her watch and said still 15 minutes. so we waited outside while it was raining! very rude considering i could have had things to set up before my guest started arriving, could have been approached a lot nicer. not to mention she herself was the function manager. and when i walked in at 4 on the dot there was people already drinking, so she let people in before the opening time anyway! although , i throughly enjoyed upstairs in the end and the awesome friendly bartenders. best cocktails ever! it really is an awesome venue but it’s a shame one person can really effect the whole place, many of my friends had issues with her being very rude also.

if you’re in cbd and want to try variety of cocktails with fantastic views across the harbour side. this is the best spot.

came here with a friend for afterwork drinks. the cocktails were great and a very good place to just chat and chill.

felt quite disappointed after my visit here. “catfish” spring to mind....
the instagram, etc looks amazing- but wow, it looks so cheap and nasty when you get up there, yeah, they have a million cocktails, we tried one for s’s & gigs... but they weren’t great, and they definitely didn’t look as amazing as what we’d seen on their gram or even the menu
we left swiftly after.... quite sad

tried to book a few seats on a thursday afternoon, but unfortunately they don’t take bookings. we arrived around 4.30 and the place was empty so managed to get a good area. it definitely starts getting packed around the 5pm mark.

we just ordered a few drinks and some fries, and the jerk chicken dish. the lack of food was kind of disappointing, so we ended up going somewhere else to get proper food. the drinks however were all strong and made well. the chicken dish we had was really flavoursome too. note though that the $10 “tiki time” drinks are not served in a tiki which i found kind of odd, but the drink was good albeit. the drinks were all strong and worth the money, the jaguar bowl decoration (the big purple flower topper) was really dirty underneath which was quite gross.

the thing i wasn’t a fan of was service. our service was nice, but also quite rude to her own staff. i felt as though she was training some new staff but she was telling them off “are you having an off day today cause this looks bad” etc which is not how you should act directly in front of your customers. otherwise the service was attentive and the wait time wasn’t too long.

nice place in the city to grab a drink and a good talk with ur friends after work. love the drinks and also the ambience. best place to sit is by the window as u would have an amazing view over the harbour. highly recommended!

the prettiest cocktails and atmosphere ✨ popped into talulah with a couple of friends on a tuesday night and had the neo-tokyo punch - this cocktail was delicious and more than enough for the four of us. totally going back here to try the whole range!

ambience were amazing nice place to grab drinks. i have tried tuesday speical drink mai tai and was good!
can't wait to go back and try other drinks!!

very cool place with beautiful vibrant deco. staff are friendly. comfortable seating, and cocktails are delicious. would recommend this place for great cocktails, and a different atmosphere 😁

fun decor, good atmosphere, great dj. cocktails sounded really interesting on the menu but the flavours weren’t quite as interesting in reality as they sounded.

i'm so happy there's finally a tiki bar in the city and a great one at that. read some great reviews of this place so i had to check it out.

walking up the stairs really built up the anticipation and the ambience was great. not cheesy, low light, relaxing especially having the huge bench seats with cushions and i always like looking out at the port so i do like the view.

the waitress looking after us was really friendly/accommodating, providing excellent service. i really felt i needed to tip her but she was even declining it, so i had to insist on it at the end.

the mrs had a winchester while i had an old fashioned colada, we the moved onto a jaguar bowl with the deep fried pies and fries. they make some serious cocktails and the bar snacks are great as well.

will definitely be back and i highly recommend this place.
