too costly, just two type ofdrinkscosted 11k

visited this place on 1st oct'21 with my cousins and had a really bad experience. 1. very loud and irritating music, let me reiterate it, very loud music( i would rather prefer to say noise than music) 2. unpleasant behaviour by the staff(may be only by the one who attended us), i will tell you why. " the place was ment to be opend till 12am(12 to 12 was the tag line of that restaurent), but we were informed at 9:50pm that we are about to close by 10 due to pandemic situations(understandable), though we were unaware and had lot of food anddrinkspending to be eaten and drank, we respected because it's a generic govt rule, said okay and were rushing up, at 10pm the waiter who attended us came to us (note:- still there are atleast 10 customers in the place) and kind of shouted at us for still not completing the food and drinks(though we were trying to rush), he took a bottle and emptied it into one of my cousins glass( at that situation and by his rude behaviour, it almost looked like he is forcefully pouring the drink in to his mouth). even then we were trying to be gentle and said him brother don't worry we are about leave in another 5 mins and there was a disscussion for couple of minutes and finally the waiter "with a rude tone said " i have marked you ppl and next when you come here we will ask you to get out" . that's were we lost our cool and replied back " are we fools to come back again to such a courtesy less place" we came there to celebrate an occasion and left with a spoilt mood because of an unhealthy behaviour by the staff(the one who attend us). note:- you are not offering free food, we pay. even if you are offering free food it does not mean that you can be rude. learn to behave.

the food was good... the starters were amazing... we went as a big group and the staff were friendly..drinkswere good.. the only downside in my food experience is the caribbean spiced chicken.. the side of veggies were great but the mashed potatoes were too dry for my taste wish it was a little bit creamier.. other than that a great place to hangout with family or friends...

great place for food and drinks, especially the service was awesome we hardly waited for food &drinksit was bang on time.. we were a group of 10 and enjoyed ourselves..

movie theamed resto bar with nice ambiance and friendly staffs... we gang of 6 went on sunday night and resto was partially crowded... we ordered some cocktails and drinks, they do accept zomato gold 2+2 on alldrinksexcept pitchers.. so it was a cool deal...

food:

1. non veg platter ₹1000, two fish items( green chilly fish n one tawa fry) , one prawn dish and two chicken dish(crispy chicken and chicken tikka) we did swapped beef with chicken .. among d above prawn and chicken tikka wer standouts... if yo are not a green chilly lover better swap green chilly fish with some other dish. platter will be perfect for four people...

2. road side beef ₹295, beef roast with south indian masala, tasted good but beef was bit rubbery..

3. green chillie chicken ₹280, chilly chicken purely made out of green chillies (no other masalas) tiz dish got mixed opinions, personally i dint like tiz dish due to its raw chilli flavour with tint of bitterness but few did liked tiz dish very much...

4. crispy american corn ₹220, this was star of d day, everything was perfect about this dish and this is must try...

drinks : ordered darth rum ₹400(bonvita flavoured n rich in sweetness), liit ₹600, whisky sour ₹400, jagerbomb ₹500 and few cocktails... my fav was whisky sour...

service was top notch...

overall had a good vfm outing courtesy zomato gold...

good place to hangout with colleagues. place gives a very silent vibe. not a place where you might want to hang out with close friends. it might bore you a little.drinksand food are very good.and on top of it they are zomato gold partner so you can think of giving your promotion treat here ...😜 serious discussions only kinda place... choose this place if you want to do a business deal over a drink... for that awkward bit of silence i am stealing one star from you.. coz i like my friday evening to be loud and jazzy..

wish i could have given negative rating. went with my friends. the staff was rude and not cooperative at all. there was no proper response for our query. the only explanation that was given we are out of stock fordrinksand it's on the way without any estimated time. this entire incident occured when we said that we have dineout coupons. really disappointed with behaviour of staff.

this place is one of the best pocket friendly resto bar in chennai. te service is pretty good and the dishes served are fresh and amazing. thedrinksare available for great procing and price worthy too.
