what can i say outstanding!!!!!!!. went to dinner hear with a group of 10 people with a reservation and gotta tell you, when i walked in i thought we were in for a long night! it was packed solid, they told us to go to the bar and have a drink, within 10 minutes they seated us, and the service was outstanding. there beers are also great, i tasted several and my favorite was the pumpkin spice, which i am sure is seasonal, but my wife's naked river was very good as well. when you go with a group this big there is always one that isn't satisfied, not this night! from the filets, to the prime rib, to the fish to the salads everyone of us thought it was out of this world.
been to several micro-brews and have never seen one that not only made a great beer but also had food that was over the top as well. nice job!!!!

the filet tips pasta is delish! don't skip the aussie rolls! they look like donut holes, but taste better!!

it's good but not the best place. they have really good salmon though

check out their root beer. one of the best things about this microbrewery is their home-brewed root beer. less carbonated than commercial root beer, it has more of a bite and sasparilla flavor. it still has a nice sweet side and clean finish. take a sip and let a little sit on your tongue. you'll fall in love.

both the entrees and salads at sweetwater are exceptional. portions are huge, so make sure to come with an appetite. i love their ribs, half young chicken, salmon, and grilled chicken salad. the half young chicken is served over mashed potatoes with a brown butter sauce. the dish is wonderful, and not overpoweringly rich.

my sweetwater tips:
#1 - when you get the bread basket, ask for extra ossie rolls. they are delicious and come with honey butter.
#2 - if you order dessert, make sure to go with the off-menu option. the berry shortcake and bread pudding (both seasonal) are my favorites. the shortcake is almost savory and balances perfectly with the berries tossed with sugar. regarding the bread pudding: it has a nice caramel/vanilla flavor. i'm a huge fan of bread pudding and order it any chance i can get.
