woooooooowwww!! the sausage biscuit is to die for! thedonutsare delicious as well, although a bit doughy for my taste. if i didn't live an hour away i'd be in trouble coming here every day for breakfast for a sausage biscuit.

sweet theory is, hands down, the best bakery i've ever been to. everything i've tried is wonderful: thedonutsare especially heavenly, and the coffee cake is to die for. i live about 30 minutes away, but i frequently make the trip across town. it's that good; if you haven't been, you're missing out. this place is what dreams are made of.

went to a baby shower featuring sweet theorydonutsand if they are any reflection of their other baked goods...i am going to need one of each. they were gigantic and delightful and vegan if that is relevant.

today we dropped in at one of jacksonville’s true hipster havens, sweet theory baking company. when you ask foodies in the know where to go for great doughnuts, i’d say the chance of them saying anywhere other than sweet theory is slim to none. located at 1243 king street, sweet theory is about a block from the intersection of park and king in riverside. prior to this trip we’d actually never been. we could only hear about things like maple bacon and root beerdonutsfor so long before we had to check it out for ourselves. take it from us, don’t wait. sweet theory – pineapple poppyseed sweet theory has folks with food allergies practically dancing in the streets, and we can see why. not only are they a vegan bakery (nope, that’s not real sausage or bacon on that breakfast sandwich), they are 100% egg, dairy, soy, and peanut free. they also offer a variety of gluten free treats daily. i wondered, as someone who

excellent!. totally dig the vegandonutsthey are quite a treat. but the white bean sausage biscuit is amazing!!! i hope they can start doing sunday morning breakfast, pretty please!

upon entering this nifty little bakery, i must say i am envious of their decorating style, heck i might invite them over to redo my room! the place had a very chill/vintage vibe, with a chalkboard accent wall, baking tins displayed as art on the walls and an awesome display case featuring mostly cupcake anddonutswith the occasional surprise like lavender scones or black pepper biscuits. i asked the cashier girl what her favorite thing was and she pointed to the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes (they had a cuter name for it but i forgot) so i got one of those and a giant, delicious looking cinnamon roll (for later). this cupcake was awesome! usually people shy away as soon as they hear that a cupcake is vega
