yum. we are fortunate enough to have sweet theory as our neighborhood bakery. it is hard not to dream about going every day. a dream come true for people with allergies. keep up the good work!

i was very disappointed in their glazed donut. i guess when you have had the best tatonut ocean springs nothing else compares. very nice bakery with great selection i just was not happy with my donut :( i will be back to try their cupcakes

today we dropped in at one of jacksonville’s true hipster havens, sweet theory baking company. when you ask foodies in the know where to go for great doughnuts, i’d say the chance of them saying anywhere other than sweet theory is slim to none. located at 1243 king street, sweet theory is about a block from the intersection of park and king in riverside. prior to this trip we’d actually never been. we could only hear about things like maple bacon and root beer donuts for so long before we had to check it out for ourselves. take it from us, don’t wait. sweet theory – pineapple poppyseed sweet theory has folks with food allergies practically dancing in the streets, and we can see why. not only are they a vegan bakery (nope, that’s not real sausage or bacon on that breakfast sandwich), they are 100% egg, dairy, soy, and peanut free. they also offer a variety of gluten free treats daily. i wondered, as someone who

one of my favorite places for a guilt free dessert place. they have many varieties of sweets from donuts, cupcakes, loafs, brownies and ice cream. this place is gluten free, peanut free, dairy free..perfect for people who have allergies for certain things and crave sweets! although i am not allergic to anything i am obsessed with their maple bacon donut. ugh! when you bite into it it just melts in your mouth. another favorite is their black pepper biscuit with white bean sausage. it is addicting and ahhmaaazing! i go at least once every two weeks only because of the driving distance. the place is a little small but decor is super cute and staff is always friendly. i love this place!

julie. we stopped by today. my husband has been vegan for 25 years. he absolutely had a fit over the cinnamon roll and loved the biscuits and gravy. he will be a lifetime customer!! i also adored the cinnamon roll!!! how do y'all make those ????

ask for a piece of that "stretchy pants cake". so friggin awesome!! donuts are to die for - ooooo and those brownie bites with caramel!!

light airy fluffy goodness. two words: whoopie pie. the one with sunbutter, omg. biscuits, cookies, cupcakes also worth the visit. adorable homey and trendy decor, gluten free and vegan options, too. awesome.

excellent!. totally dig the vegan donuts they are quite a treat. but the white bean sausage biscuit is amazing!!! i hope they can start doing sunday morning breakfast, pretty please!

best cupcakes i've ever had!!. wow!! sweet theory was out of the way, but we wanted to make a stop by because we heard it was all natural, organic, and had many glutenfree options. boy were we glad that we made the stop! the best cupcake i've ever had! i ordered the gluten free elvis! and i got a salted caramel bite on the side! so so good! i wish there was a sweet theory closer to where i live!

all in all it will still be a guilty pleasure to lose ourselves in a pile of your sweets, but it is nice to know that we have a place where we don’t have to feel *quite* so bad.

everything at sweet theory baking company is egg, dairy, soy and peanut free. they have some items (a lot actually) that are gluten-free and made in a designated gluten-free area with designated utensils. there is absolutely no dairy in this store. even when ordering coffee (which is local-bold bean), your coffee creamer options were almond or rice milk.
