worst experience ever..orderwas delayed by 20 mins(both valet and restaurant are responsible). food was not warm/hot. pizza was bit dry(not cheesy), frappe was not a value for money product(quantity was less for that price), pasta was too soggy and crunchiness was missing..nachos was better compared to other items..overall not worthy for the price.. too costly, but quantity and quality not satisfied. hope this will be improved in future. friendly note to zomato, do consider assigning delivery to a valet who is nearest to the restaurant and has no traffic issues.
note to sutra, try to keep up your quality like you serve a customer in store, reduce price for all your items. i'm a regular customer to sutra since 2016, i miss those pocket friendly items now.. too expensive and quality has been reduced now. kindly consider my suggestions.
