interesting and good. went last week. the place is a little out of the way off tatum near subway and pita jungle. i like sushi, my husband, not so much. we both were entertained by the conveyor belt of sushi and other items snaking their way around the restaurant and the food was better than i thought it would be (i thought the place would be more entertainment than anything).husbandhad chicken teriyaki (the sauce could of been more flavorful) but the amount was generous and it came with miso soup and rice. i had a blast selecting seaweed salad, ahi, dragon roll, dumplings, spring rolls, cooked mussels (all very good) as they passed by and yes! mini cream puffs for desert. service was friendly and efficient. we'll be back. this place is a great addition to the desert ridge restaurant scene.
